      I wouldn't give this company one star. They are thrives who **** the American people. We pay 129 bucks a month for 3 days of streaming service. We were lied to when we signed up and have been lied too and treated very rudly by the supervisor of customer service everytime we have called to try to resolve the issue. This business is a scam and should 100 percent be investigated. Please hear the warning. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

      Lmfao o where to start. So first off I was told they have really fast Internet so I bought 120mbps and i couldn't even watch a **** video on my phone.... ON... MY...PHONE.... the internet was absolute trash and when I called to have them fix it I was told that it was my system not working right. Ok well I've ran my ps4 on several other companies internet just fine. So I go to text my connection and I was barley getting 1mbps. When the technician came out to install it he drilled 4 holes in my house and used one. Walked on my $300 rug with muddy boots and then left all of his mess. Everything. Bag tools all of it. I threw it all away and when I called to complain it was my fault. They told me that I had to send everything back that wouldn't reimburse me for anything including what was damaged. So guess what I pulled their sat. Out of the ground with my jeep broke it all and threw it away. Good luck chargin me now. I beg of anyone who is looking for net STAY AWAY FROM THESE THEIVES

      Terrible service. We are only here on weekends. Constant buffering. I mean 2 or 3 seconds of program before buffering. This is ridiculous and not cheap.

      We live in a semi-rural neighborhood 9 miles north of the ************ city limits and yet had no access to a fiber optic or cable internet service provider, so I made the worst mistake of my long life when signing a contract with Viasat. One of their service technicians installed a large satellite dish high on the roof of my two-story house and placed a router inside a 2nd story bedroom. All seemed fine until I realized the internet was so slow that downloading a simple email with no graphics took over 1 minute and forget about sending an email as the upload speed was even slower. I was paying $250.00 per month for their premium high-speed package, yes you read it correctly, $250 per month!

      I had to pay over $1000 to be released from the contract. Then months later, I received a notice that I needed to return the large satellite dish that a Viasat technician installed. I'm 76 years old and physically unable to climb onto the 2nd story roof of my house to remove a satellite dish or anything, for that matter. Viasat started billing me $362.00 for failure to return the dish. Finally, the bill went into collection with an agency called ********** which told me they'd accept $100.00 to settle the account. At that point, I was ready to get Viasat out of my life, and I paid $100.

      Moral of the story: Stay away from Viasat!

      Terrible internet! The service is slow and doesnt work most of the time. We cant even think about streaming shows.????.

      I had purchased this service because I was told it was better than what I had. I signed up for the "Unlimited", but you get 100gb highspeed and than they stifle you so much after that that you got nothing. so I decided to upgrade for a better service and lost all my credits and was told because I upgraded I get penalized. I'm really not happy with this service and was told I agreed to a 20 month contract, which at the time of signing up I asked several times if this was a month to month and was told yes. I feel like I have been betrayed and lied to just to make a sale.

      Service was poor from the beginning. Mounted the dish to the fascia board on my house, under a large tree, which did not have leaves. Now the tree is full of leaves. I have called and complained that the connection is very poor. It took threatening to discount for someone to come out. The tech said no reason to relocate dish, adjusted and promised it would be better. Still nothing. Now I call to cancel, and the customer service rep says I have paid for the service to long and I will be charged a disconnect fees for all the months left. Terrible service!

      TERRIBLE!!!!! would give it no stars if I could.Cancelled service because it never works. I even disconnected all of our devices for one month because we kept miraculously running out of data by the 5th day every single month. Pretty funny how when I disconnected the devices we still ran out of data by the 5th day. When I cancelled they agreed to not charge me for cancelling, told me I didn't have a balance and I wouldn't be charged again for the next month but refused to send this confirmation in writing and gave me a "claim number" to confirm all of this which ended up being fake.. Within 2 hours of cancelling, I had 2 separate charges billed to my card. Was told that they will not come out and uninstall their equipment that I had to do it and mail back and if I damage it, I still have to pay and if its not returned when they want it back that I will be charged up to $300 for the equipment. Never received the send back box the first time. Called again and was told someone would come out and uninstall and they would call me within 2 business days to schedule the removal.... didn't happen and instead received a box to mail it back. They told me that since I cancelled my account that it automatically removes your payment information you have on file and that they can't charge me for anything else and this person said he couldn't even find my card info.... will guess what I have had multiple charges to my card since I cancelled one month ago totalling over $1500 and have even tried cancelling my card with my credit card company, issued a new card and somehow they are still able to get charges processed. They are one more fraudulent charge away from a class action lawsuit with us. I should not have to dispute this many fraudulent charges. They are liars and scammers. I hope NO one ever uses them in the future and runs far away from ever listening to these crooks. Its a shame. Take this as your warning.

      Viaset will take your money and give you nothing. They sent a very unprofessional technician to install my equipment. He never could get a good signal at the speed that I paid for. Instead of even trying he just left my house without fixing the issue. A few days later after I moved into the house, the internet was 56k quality. Simple ****** searches wouldn't even load. I Paid for 100 download speed at 149$ a month and the best I got was *****. After contacting them to fix the issue, the technician never even called me back. At this point I was done! I called to cancel the service. They tried to charge me 179$ for 1 week of c*** service, 300$ for termination of the service...300$ for equipment fee! Absolutely ridiculous! They are a horrible company who take advantage of people who need internet, but live in a rural area. They charge you ridiculous prices and try to rob you if leave there c*** service. They won't get a ***** from me but BE warned. They are crooks, unprofessional, and down right immoral. Don't do what I did...STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM VIASET
