  As a pool builder and servicer for nearly 30 years I've found that it pays to work with people and companies that are honest and responsive. We've sold most of these products long before they bore the Fluidra name because they work. Do they get things wrong once in a while? Don't we all? My relationship with the territory service representatives over the years has been invaluable. They've always helped me out in a pinch or been there to bounce ideas off of with difficult installations.

  We love Fluidra and their products. Were a pool installer and stay loyal to the brand because of the quality of their products and their customer service. Our customers give us feedback on their equipment and pool and it is always positive. *********************** has always been extremely helpful and very responsive whenever we need anything. 10/10 would recommend.

  I have been very happy with my Fluidra, Jandy Pool products for many years. I recently upgraded to Wi-Fi connection and was having difficulty with the unit staying online. I was routed to the local service manager, ****, who came out personally and discovered it was my Wi-Fi router, causing the problem. he was able to reset it up on a different network and I have had no further issues. Excellent customer service in my opinion *****.

  We have worked closely with Fluidra and Jandy for many, many years. They're professionalism and customer service are top tier. ****************** truly cares about their craft and its shown in the quality of each and every one of their products. In our experience, their products are reliable and built to last. In the rare instances of defects, we have always seen Fluidra handle each case quickly and efficiently. We can't recommend them enough.

  I have been in the pool and spa industry for the better part of 20 years. Truly one of the best decisions our company made was to move to Fluidra as our primary equipment manufacturer. Here in the Chicagoland area, we are ************* with a fantastic sales representative , above and beyond service support from our regional service rep, and always being backed and supported by a Premier manufacturer. Besides the unmatched support, I greatly appreciate that Fluidra is constantly finding new avenues to add to their catalog. They are also trying to find new ways to stay at the cutting edge of the industry which matches with our companys vision. They are truly one of the best partners we have.

  I have been installing Jandy/Fluidra equipment the last 12 years. Of all the large three companies of pool equipment I love them the most. Warranty work has always been a breeze. Parts are sent to me quick to help my customers. Product itself is always top notch unlike other equipment I have bought from other companies that have been bad out of the box or loose sensors ********* support has also been top notch walking me and my customers through any issues that *** arise. I even bought their equipment for my personal pool. I use and will continue to use their product for my customers.

  Fluidra is awesome with support and warranty! Have been using their products for years and several pools. Very happy with ********* and have seen great improvement with the app and connectivity. If I've had an issue with their product support is more than willing to help and walk me thru.

  Fluidra used to be responsive.....not anymore. Sent the following email several times over the past month with no response. They also never answer phone calls:About 5 years ago I converted all of my pool equipment from ******* to Jandy and have been more than satisfied. Unfortunately last year my salt system died (not cell related). My pool contractor convinced me not to replace in kind but instead upgrade to your new system. Unfortunately, you new system is too small for my ****** gallon pool. Rumor has it youre coming out with a larger unit. Can you give me an ETA? Im getting tired of putting chlorine tabs in my skimmers, Thanks.

I understand that your email inquiry has been answered by ********. He shared that we do not have an ETA on the product rumored to be coming out. We want to add some information, however, that you can discuss with your pool professional. Typically, if the volume of pool water is more than one cell can handle, people install two cells and two power centers. We are not sure which specific products you are using in your pool pad to advise you here. Your pool professional can help you configure the pad to handle the volume of water.
