    Golf cart enclose did not fit. Cost $45 to ship it back and an 18% restocking fee, even though they have a fit guantaree. Extreamly difficult to work with their customer service. I will say the enclosure was quality, but will never buy from them again. Buyer beware!

    Their product is terrible. Supposed to last 10 years, mine failed after 8 months. Their customer service is worse.

    I wish I had checked this site first! I ordered a standard boat cover and it was a foot too short and I had to chase these people to get a reply. They started sending me promo emails for products but never answered my return request- so I complained via the promo email and finally got an email. No one answers phone. I want my money back!

    National Covers send me a boat motor cover that did not fit. I returned it for a refund (with a return authorization number) and provided them "proof of delivery" for my return. 3 months, multitudes of excuses and 18 emails later, they still have not given a refund.Terrible customer service! Do not shop here!!**** *.

    I received the wrong size boat H3136343439373033**30H compared to the pop up order size on the web when I placed the order, i still had to pay for the shipping of over $ ***** to send back. It was received by them on 12-5-24 and I just now received my credit 12-30-24 which was # ***** short. in talking to customer service I was told it was a restocking fee. Which in my Return Authorization form I received from them it states .. Restocking Fee 18% Waived.. But he could not help me, I had to email the return ***** about my credit being shorted. In doing so their reply back to me was since I asked for a refund not a exchange I had to pay the restocking fee . I emailed back saying this was nowhere stated on my return authorization form you sent to me as a PDF to include in my return box I would be charged the 18% if I did not order another one/ exchanged. Nor did I find this in any of the emails back from them on requesting to return. Which was a headache to begin with. Had to send pictures of the H3136343439373033**30H, the box and inside tag. only in a certain form in a email .Just could not take my word it was the wrong size. Am fighting with them to get the rest of my refund

    Ordered RV cover 11/10. In stock was supposed to ship 4-7 days. Account was charged immediately. Waited 2 weeks with no shipping confirmation. Repeatedly called and left messages. No response. Finally got an answer and the person blamed whse. More phone calls. Finally cancelled order, supposed to be refunded 7-14 days. Had to call after this had expired. Finally got refund but they charged $97. Incompetent, deceptive and dishonest. Wish wed seen the other reviews, CA attorney general should investigate. ***** this business!

    They advertise on their website made in ***. On the ** cover, tag with made in *****. False advertisement. I ordered a R V cover, was sent a defective one. I had to pay almost $ ****** to sent it back. In there fine print, which is somewhat buried on their website, they state returned shipping is on the purchaser. I would have never ordered from this company if disclosed on the beginning of their website, very deceptive. I have never purchased something defective that was not fully covered by the selling company. In my opinion they are a very unethical business.

    Do not buy from National Covers! I ordered a boat cover over 2 weeks ago. I have not recieved said cover. I have called several times and they're full of excuses including the gem " The warehouse hasn't gotten back to us on the status of your tarp" Really? Do you have any tarps? Is the warehouse mad at you, and won't return your calls? This is unacceptable. I want my money back. He said he would put in a request, which he didn't. I had to call again. I'm supposed to get an email confirming this today. I have filled a complaint with ******. If I had thought past their slick website and seen all the bad reviews here I wouldn't have wasted my time.

    Placed an order on 9/25/24. rec'd an email with a conformation and est. shipping date of 10/4/24. Then on 10/11/24 I emailed national covers about my order since there were no updates. Then I called several times to finally talk with *****, and she stated that she would also put in a ticket for my order, but no help at all. Then on 10/18/24, I did this all over again with more of the same reply, which was same line warehouse has not gotten back with them. Tried to talk with them again today on, 10/22/24. ***** answered the phone after several attempts to get through to a person and I stated this is Mr. ******* and she hung up the phone and I've been unable to get through after that. National covers charged my account on 9/26/24 for $818.99 and no answer from them on my order. I even asked to speak with a supervisor or manager with no being the answer from *****. Most all companies do not charge your account until they ship your order, not National covers they take it upfront and then leave you hanging!ALL IN ALL- DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND HEADACHE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM NATIONAL COVERS!
