      I purchased this product at a Target store on October 2020 and I have not had any luck connecting the device at all. I followed the instructions step by step once I uploaded the Arlo App on to my cell phone and still have not been able to connect. I called Arlo and all I hear is a recording: "you have not purchased the package to speak with a representative". What am I supposed to do now? I contacted *** to see if they could help assist me on this, and they said they can't. That it sounds like a software issue with the device itself connecting or finding your location via the App on your phone. I am really really angry!!! I spent $165 for this and its just doing nothing. I am thinking, my next step is to drive down to the headquarters in ********. And get this resolved once in for all!! I called a different number which you have listed, and they say I have to connect with them via the App. This is bogus. And emailing the company has been USELESS AS WELL.

      This Company is a SCAM. I have three cameras and have so many issues. Call customer service for help and they want you to do all these things and nothing works. I am not paying for a service monthly. I would have not bought these cameras. if i want to pay monthly, I could have went with ADT. I have read some of the reviews. I am so glad no credit card or bank info is on file, SCAMMERS

      I bought an Arlo security camera& it worked good for awhile but hasnt in last month& I cant get any results! I called a phone number on their site& man answered & took my name& e-mail& said will call me back in 5 minutes! He called back in 10 minutes, call came up as spam risk& it was he wanted me to pay $3.00& $99 & I know not to ever give my card number or to pay that amount I knew didnt owe as I am up to date on payment! He finally hung up on me& texted Arlo& they never got back to me! I am disgusted that I paid for this& it is not performing correctly & cant get no help from no one! I was planning on buying 4 more but that sure isnt going to happen now ! I will never buy Arlo again! I got ripped off

      My husband and I purchased Arlo Security cameras and service. Husband was primary account holder, he passed away and even though I changed all information online and am now paying for ongoing service with my credit card, I am unable to get logged into cameras. System states it will send push notifications to my phone number but then message comes up stating it doesn't recognize my phone device. I've tried contacting and can only get automated system that is unable to process and answer problem. Requested phone call or phone number that works to call company and again referred to open my account which I can't do without push notification.Contacted company help desk again and told they would send info by e-mail and never received any information. Now have a system that is worthless, extremely frustrating.

      Ive had the arlo pro 4 since December 2021. I was wondering why I wasent getting alerts but my mom would. I had to delete the app and reinstall it. Im not able to get back on and customer service told me that I have to pay another ****** to get back on. We have a five year contract that I would like my money back. I was told the first time to call back in an hour. The next call, he said to call back in three hours. Should I write more, or would you like to hear the rest of the story. Use your imagination.       Seems like every week I have to call support to get the camera/ system to work. Either that or I have to resort to rebooting constantly. Sometimes I get an associate on the phone that simply tells me to call back with a case # if the problem persists. No consumer should have to repeatedly call numerous times in order to resolve an issue with a product which they've already paid for, but also a subscription that isn't doing as advertised. Let alone continuously speak to associates that remain out of touch, and disconnected from all the lengthy explanations over and over. So finally, I just simply wanted to be done with Arlo and cancel. Well, after being instructed on the steps to take to do so I followed through and obtained a verification that my plan has been canceled. Only to find an email from Arlo that apparently they are not done with me yet. Insisting that they have created an open case and that I NEED TO UPDATE THEM ON WHETHER THAT HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISHED. ???! The verification came from them not someone else. Are they insinuating that this is going to be escalated because I chose to cancel?

      We purchased 6 alrlo pro 4 cameras in 2021. As a business we rely on the camers for feed back and security. The cameras work off and on about 40% of the time. They drop the signals some time they don't record half the time, my browsers on 3 different computers won't play back the recordings..... on and on and on. **************** say's the same thing " take out the battery and reset the camera" Well some of the cameras are on a pole or wall 15 to 20 feet hight and it's really a pain. And they also refer me to their customer forums to get trouble shooting tips. Really they rely on their customers for support........ terrible company.

      This business is extremely dishonest. Allows scam practices. And no take care at all for his costumer. I have to give one star because theres is not zero star. ******** Services Representatives refused to show when you need them.

      ZERO STARS would be too many! This company should be put out of business. I purchased an Arlo Pro 3 camera package (five cameras and one hub) in March or April of 2019 and I have had to call customer service NUMEROUS times for the same issues and they're WORTHLESS AND RUDE. I wish I had read these reviews before buying this c*** system.The cameras repeatedly trigger and record video for no reason, sometimes over 300 events in a 24 hour period on one camera, draining the battery in two to three days requiring me to get up on my ladder CONSTANTLY to replace them. I set the sensitivity settings in the device utilities on the app down to 2% to reduce triggering events from shadows or leaves moving on distant trees but when I replace the battery the camera often resets the settings to the default 80% and if I forget to change it back I get the same problem with too many videos being recorded and the batteries dying. THIS IS BAD SOFTWARE PROGRAMMING!! Even when the sensitivity settings are at 2% I STILL get dozens to hundreds of recordings for NO reason. Now I am having difficulty ejecting the camera bodies from the housings to replace batteries. One camera in particular (the most important one in my system of course) is dead and I cannot get access to change the battery. When I push the eject button on the bottom of the housing the camera body comes out less than a millimeter so I can't get my fingernail or a tool to grab it and pull it out so I have to unscrew it from the mount and shake the body out of the housing. This screws up the camera positioning when I put it back up so it takes Arlo tech support's solution to the problem was to have me buy their solar panels for charging the camera batteries in place or hardwire the cameras into AC power. THAT IS NOT WHY I PURCHASED A BATTERY POWERED SYSTEM!! Honestly, I am exhausted dealing with their equipment and their call center. If I could return the system for a refund I would. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!
