      Arlo is a joke. They have been charging me for MONTHS for a subscription but I cant view my cameras library which is included in the subscription! They are still charging me for the subscription and it doesnt work so I cancelled the subscription yesterday and woke up today to them still trying to charge me for the subscription. Smh. They swear its user error but literally I did nothing. The camera stopped letting me see my library out the blue when my subscription has been paid every month so I should be able to go back and view my camera library. Id hate if I had a robbery or anything. I wouldnt even be able to go back and show proof of anything for these worthless camera. Whats the point in something that doesnt work? Smh. Im switching to a much more reliable company. Its also impossible to even get in touch with them as they offer little to no customer support at all. I tried to use the online customer support and they told me I didnt have permission to use it. I cant return the camera because I got it last year and just started using it a few months ago. Im not even sure if they will take it back. Save yourself the headache and do not purchase anything from Arlo!!!!

      Absolutely the worst company ever!! I pay almost ***** a month for home security. Im being sued and evicted by my HOA. When asked to supply a video for evidence Arlo said it was deleted permanently and cant be recovered. No numbers for management and all employees work for "Offshore". I cant even get a working phone number for their offices in **********. Their legal team no use as they provided a blanket statement as to why they ARENT REQUIRED to answer state and federal subpoenas. What do I pay for? If needed I can provide photos and the court paper work outlining why they legally arent required to answer a subpoena.

      This is the worst company on the planet. False advertising check. **** on camera **** unlimited cameras unlimited cloud space. Dont mention if you dont live in a 14ft across row home you need 50$ a camera wires after the people at best buy said you need these 70 solar panels are junk. If some one that steal from you property comes up and touches the camera you got them. If you need cvr. Witch common sense says it comes with the 1000$ setup you bought. Dont forget you'll need their smart hub for a additional 500, oh the thats out of stock everywhere so plan on a long wait. Dont expect to find out how long that technology doesn't exist in 2022 yet. So after you spend 700-900$ on you camera setup plan on spending a day and another 700$ looking for all the extras they dont mention so the camera work. That **** UNLIMITED CAMERAS UNLIMITED CLOUD SPACE turns to **** 1st camera and ***** a camera after the first PER MONTH. Oh and i almost for got there terrible customer service: if you live in a tiny row home or townhouse and dont have any land or buildings. This probably work great. Be prepared to spend **** then ***** a year for them to work. If money doesnt mean anything to you go for arlo for sure

      I bought 1 system about 3 years ago and just changed internet companies and went to hook up my base station to the new router. I've tried many times to the router and modem and I get an error message saying there are no base stations within your zone. I have it hard wired and plugged in. **** works on my phone. I bought another system 2 years ago so I have been a customer 2 times on 2 systems. Now they won't work. I can't even get an email address to email them. Worst customer service and buying a different brand from now on. The customer service is non existent.

      I have a 6 month old Arlo Ultra 2. It no longer records to the library, although my two Arlo Pro's still record through the same hub.No way to contact Arlo support, except to buy a subscription.. This company's customer support is terrible, as evidenced by all of the other reviews.

      Don't waste your time or money. Set up is difficult. App ***** and loading times are outrages. It records every time a tree moves or a car drives by but not the ones that pull into your driveway or people approaching, and it stops recording while there is still important activity going on. Mine is installed at the top of my average length driveway and it is not clear enough to read the license plate off the car 7 ft away. Customer support is no help and you have to spend hours corresponding to get any relevant information. I bought a 3 pack and in less than 4 months one randomly stopped working and I had to argue that it wasn't my phones fault. I have to pay the shipping for the replacement camera even though it was not my fault the camera stopped working.

      The new arlo doorbells are useless without subscription. Yes you can store locally but that is useless for security, having to pull a thumb drive and download defeats the purpose when you need active view for threats. I did not research enough because I have older Arlos that do give you 7 day for FREE and was very happy with those. They trick old customers and give you the free trial so you will not notice until its to late! I no longer recommend this company!! I wish I would have reviewed BBB comments prior to purchase, would have change my decision prior to getting scammed.

      Ive never been so disappointed in a camera before like Arlo. Save your money and do not get this (any of them) Arlo is not reliable and sometimes it doesnt even record. I have bought a second set after the first one only lasted me 2 years. I tried it again and got the new ones that just came out they are crap! I would rate 0 stars if I could!

      Stay away! This company is greedy and no customer service help at all. Spread the word as I will be telling everyone I know NOT to buy an ARLO SYSTEM!
