    I ordered a birdhouse stake from them-$35 including shipping. The online description indicated that it was close to 5 1/2 feet tall. What I got was close to 14 inches tall and not worth what I paid for it. I have gotten a runaround from their customer service. In my most recent email, 2 days ago, I let them know I wanted a full refund and a return address . So far nothing. I'd be surprised, from several of the reviews, I've just read that I will get one! They aught to be investigated and shut down!

    How is this company allowed to put information on pintrist and allowed to scam everyone and stay in business! Selling products that don't match what the customer ordered! Everyone involved with this company should be in Federal Prison for fraud !!! Seriously BBB how much more evidence do you need to shut this site down!!!

    Wish I could give 0 stars. total scam. Products not even close to what is depicted, I ordered 2 Bird House's that were about 1/10th of the size depicted, no lovely patina finish like in the photo. Approx $60 and not worth **** then $5 each. No responce form company and no phone number to call.

    This company is a completely fraudulent and Pinterest allows them to advertise and sell non-existent items. What they advertise and what they send you are two entirely different things. Im checking with my lawyer to see if I can *** both them and Pinterest. The company is not located in the US and gives you the complete runaround when you ask for a refund. They do offer you 20, 30 and even 40% of your money back when you complain but you need to items ordered back to them before said refund. Sounds good until the items need to be sent back to ***** for 100s of dollars in shipping costs. BEWARE!!

    BAIT AND SWITCH!!! They sent the wrong items and expect me to pay to send them back. Offered a minimal discount to keep the items. I note that they are listed as a seller as "homeyardmart", but reply as "homeyartmart". SCAM!!

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I wish I had searched online for reviews about this company. They are just as the others described take your money, never deliver, then try to offer a 15% refund (if they give one at all). I got them up to a full refund but it did NOT include shipping fees. They wanted to steal $15 from me for no reason. People like this should rot in prison & get exactly what they deserve.

    This disgusting store took my money and never delivered the items I purchased. Two Valentines pop *** after promising fast delivery (which I paid extra for) for Valentines. They also promised to keep in touch and send me updates on the 2 cards going to separate addresss. I never received the order confirmation. I never heard back from them until I sent them a barrage of emails. Then they had the nerve to confess that they didnt have the order #s and would I send them a screenshot or the original order. I had already given them the order numbers with the emails I replied to. They are about one clown short of a circus This so called business have been giving me this song and dance routine for a month. Its enough to make my head explode. SO, BUYER BEWARE!!! These are evil scammers. By the way, their emails are sickly sweet and full of miss spelled words and and no regard for grammar RED FLAG Folks??

    I placed an order on February 15, 2023 for a card to be sent. For the price of $22. and change, the card NEVER was sent. The email address to complain does not function and I am unable to speak with anyone about my purchase. I would like full reimbursement. I will never recommend this site to anyone and it should be removed from Pinterest. **************
