    Ordered glasses on April 30 2024 and its May 22 2024 still haven't received item keep giving me the run around about refund

    date of transaction was june 2023 order number ********** This order was a replacement to a previous order that broke within days of getting them. This order never seemed like it was quite my prescription. Today I was cleaning them and held them up to the sun and saw writing on both lens. See attached photos. I inquired about a replacement due to the obvious defect and was told they could not fix the defect as it was outside of the warranty. This is an obvious issue to have writing on BOTH lens and the company will not stand beside their product. I am letting other potential buyers to really check their sunglasses for writing on them.

    On everyday eighteenth twenty twenty four I placed an order with ****** for you 42 pair of eyeglasses. The total amount was $62.43.I paid for priority shipping So that I could receive. My glasses was $11 and 95 sense period it. It has been 20 odd days. I have not received a information or reply. I get a computer-generated email whenever I contact them. Of my glasses were sent out out in a bulk shipment And when the tracking number becomes available I'll get it period. I email them. Or try to call them about me. Paying for priority shipping which should have expedited the order. And it did none of the sort. I have yet to reach someone who is an actual person who can explain to me what's going on and why did I pay to get the glass as fast and I still haven't gotten. I want to be able to track my package and know exactly where my glasses are.Because they're supposed to have them.Delivered to you within 7 to 10 days with regular shipping and being that I had paid priority.I should have already received them two times over and I want them to refund my shipping costs.

    I place the order on April 21,2024 I was told 1-5 days then 10days delivery when asking for a **** tracking number now it is being shipped from over seas facility and still no tracking number is provided.     I ordered glasses from goggles 4 u and they took forever to arrive, just outside of when they promised them. I had inquired with them about a tracking number which they promised but never gave to me. Upon receiving the glasses they were not even as pictured on their website and I was highly disappointed and the quality of the lenses was subpar at best. I don't even dare to send them back for a refund because I do not trust these people and feel as though they would not give me a refund.

    I ordered glasses on line on 4/9/2024. The money was taken out of my account. The glasses have NOT been delivered/arrived. I sent 3 emails to the "*****....." email in my order confirmation. NO REPLY. I sent another email 4/25/2024 in the goggles4U online page.The order confirmation said 10 - 12 days for delivery. Today is 12 business days and I doubt that the glasses will be in my mailbox when I get home since no one bothers to respond to emails. I will be calling the phone number that is listed above as well as the one that is listed on my order confirmation. Can't wait to hear the excuses they provide.

    I ordered two pairs of glasses on February 22, 2024. It is now April 5, and I still have not received the glasses. Upon contacting this company multiple times for updates and explanations, I am met with different excuses and different timelines on each instance. Since February, I have been promised that my order has shipped and would arrive within ***** days, then when this did not occur, I was told 5 days, then 7-10 days, after that, I was told up to 21 days. Each shipping deadline has come and gone, and I have never received any tracking confirming my order ever shipped. I was then told on March ********************************* customs, that my shipping would be refunded, and that two new pairs of glasses had already been made and shipped as priority. It has been 10 business days since this latest excuse, and I have yet to receive my order or any confirmation that it is actually on it's way. At this point, i fear "Goggles4u" may not be a legitimate business. I just want the two pairs of glasses I ordered months ago, and it would be nice to receive a full refund for my trouble.

    Although I cannot recommend this company due to their outrageously poor customer service, I did, after a very long wait, receive the items I ordered, so the issue is finally resolved.

    I placed an order with Goggles4you on 2/10/24 and have yet to receive any glasses. Every day they tell me they will be here soon. Yet I still have no glasses and they cant tell me when they will be arriving. I requested my money back and they refuse. I have waited a month. That is by far plenty long enough. They need to return my money.

    I ordered two pairs of glasses 02/17/2024. I received an email on 02/22/2024 saying they were preparing for shipment and a postal label was being created. The glasses have never shipped and I cannot get anyone to answer my emails as to where my glasses are.
