Started out slow due to my error on prescription for progressives. It was cleared up by helpful knowledgeable customer service. Order came fast without express order. Products was as advertised at minimal price. My 3rd time ordering with a long pause in between and was always very happy. Will buy again. Definitely recommend this website.Goggles4U.com

My first order with Goggles4u.com and I was shocked by these THICK lenses. I've never had this happen before. They made the glasses literally weigh 2x as much as my current glasses. "Oh, you have to do an Exchange Order and select Superthin Lenses for an additional $23." My $43 glasses will end up costing more than $100 to make it so I can wear them. That's a shady practice. Why wouldn't you make all glasses with lenses as thin as possible? It's just a blank you put in the machine. Why not put the weight in grams for each frame and lens so I know how much they're going to weigh?Goggles4U.com

Please know that our website allows customers to pick lenses as per their requirement. While standard lenses are cheaper in cost, they are thicker for certain prescription strengths. However, we have high index available as well for customers who prefer thinner and lighter lenses. Regretfully, we can't list weight of the lenses or frames because it differs with different prescription and frames. I've used Goggles 4 U for many years, but their service has gone down drastically. The customer support is terrible and doesn't listen anymore. In the past, they made just one mistake (out of many orders over the years) and overnighted correct replacements. This time, it took them over two months to ship replacements after the original (wrong) ones took a month to ship, and when they did, they were wrong again. I let them ship another because he promised they'd be right, and, sure enough, after 3 more weeks, the second set of replacements (so 3 shipments total) was wrong, too. Turns out, they had someone else's name and prescription saved under my account - AND they shared this person's name and prescription with me (!). I wasted 3 months when I would have just rathered spend a little more money - because their prices have gone up a lot, but the quality has decreased.I see that Goggles4U is responding to these reviews - don't bother. I gave so much patience and explained so many times, all to be ignored. You had your chances over the span of 3 months, between at least 6 agents, and all chose to argue and argue until I insisted on seeing the prescription on your end - something they should have checked immediately ,especially after unexplained that my glasses arrived with bifocals (I don't use) and only about 20% of my prescription strength. What a waste of time and resources. I will never recommend Goggles4U again.Goggles4U.com

After receiving canned email responses I called customer support and again received canned responses. I have waited a month for two pairs of glasses. The only response I get is that the glasses have left their production facility and a tracking number would be issued when shipping. I really should have read the reviews prior to ordering, ****** learned. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM GOOGLES4U. You get what you pay for and with this company you get only lies about when you will get your purchase.Goggles4U.com

Due to changing eye conditions my wife and I ordered 6 pairs of glasses/sunglasses from Goggles4u over the past year, after years of buying glasses from other well known websites that have gradually raised their prices too high for us. Our experience with Goggles4u has ranged from 5-star to 1-star. On the 5-star side the glasses were all well made and at the lowest price online. **************** was usually prompt and helpful. On the 1-star side, I had to wait nearly 2 months for one of my orders and assurances of forthcoming delivery were vague and untrue. I requested a refund twice and it was basically ignored. I supposedly got the shipping charge refunded, but I did not verify that. It is clear from my experience and others that this company will not provide refunds, but to their credit all our glasses eventually arrived and are quite good quality with perfect prescriptions, hence the overall rating of 4 stars. I would order from them again, given the alternatives online and the ridiculous costs at brick and mortar optical stores.Goggles4U.com

If I could give a half star I would. The return policy is terrible and very suspicious. It was my fault for entering the incorrect prescription, but 2 problems 1) they said these are designer brand. What designer brand you know of that dosnt put their name stamped on it, not generic random numbers 2) these where adverted as a medium frame they are clearly a small they fit my child 3) I let them know I do not like the frame and prescription is wrong. The representative *** replied " a part of our policy you have to pay for the return. In order for us to start the return they need a tracking number"4) okay well how much will I be getting ? Do I return them and you give me $5 *** reply " once we recieve the tracking number, we can discuss a one time exchange with a comparable frame with correct perspective." ............ me: " never mind, forget it." I don't know if iam getting scammed or ripped off, why the secrecy on the amount. I already feel ripped off these are NOT DESIGNER BRAND ....Goggles4U.com

The first glasses that I received were just bad progressive lens that did not work. Asked to return them after being charged and upcharge for the lens. Then asked for basic sunglasses and they sent me clear lenses. Now they will not refund my purchase. Certainly not that hassle free return policy they advertise on their site.Goggles4U.com

Huge let down in service.On May 2023 I received pair of glass, however it was not tinted as I expected, and rubber lines attached to glass arms were failing. After prolonged negotiation, support agreed to send me new replacement. It is August of 2023 and nothing happens so far.Support responses were as follows: "If you like to have a difference frame you can take your time and make a new selection", "We do believe in providing 100% customer satisfaction by going above and beyond", "We use the best quality frames and lenses but since these types of glasses are very fragile they tend to break very easily".And finally I got this response: "The replacement will be processed shortly. Once it is placed you will receive the confirmation email".NOTHING HAPPENS AFTER THAT. NO GLASSES. NOTHING.Goggles4U.com
