    Extremely slow, poor communication. Ordered 25 days ago. They do say up to 21 business days or 29 total days. I don't get updates, on website says complete 19 days ago. No further status available on site. I've called was told there here in calif. No customs issue. 4 days ago they said I'd have notice of shipment in few days. Nothing !!!!!

Unfortunately, the drop shipment got stuck in customs for longer than usual which resulted in a delay.     Ordering was easy, customer service was friendly and knowledgeable and my prescription is perfect! The glasses are high quality for a low affordable price. They always have sales that are unbeatable. I've ordered 10 pairs from here and I am placing another order today. They have the best photochromic and progressive lenses available. Much better than my optometrists office for sure! I absolutely love Goggles4u! I will be a life long customer!

    The reviews on here are completely Ludicrous. It honestly sounds like they're all from people who act entitled. The world does not spin for just for you. When purchasing glasses from goggles4u. take the time to consider how much you're paying. Then compare the cost from your local eyeglass store. When your done take a deep breath because this one is really hard and requires Intense concentration. Consider how many people just like you call customer service and begin Verbally abusing the employee on the other end. Then put yourself in their shoes and try to figure out how they manage to stay polite While listening to you right about something that Isn't their fault. **************** is one of the worst while also being the best Job to have. Incoming calls is like playing Russian roulette Every time you answer It's like pull in the trigger Praying the bullet's not there. When you find the bulletYou don't just get to lay down and die because you need to answer the next call. I guarantee most people could not answer the next call after being verbally abused Without Showing The bruises. Goggles4u provides Excellent customer service at extremely discounted prices. While customers act like they're buying a ***** bag That required them to take a second mortgage on their house. just to pay for it. Their customer service is so good that if you call them then hang up without talking to anybody they will call you back and offer to assist. How many companies can you name that do that. I know of only one other and I work for them. We copy goggles4u's call back procedures for our customer service. Just one more **** to provide quality customer care. So before you call customer service calm yourself. Instead of attacking someone who's only job is to resolve your issues. I guarantee If you're nice they work extra hard for a quick resolution. However companies also have SOP for maximum handling ***** Abusive Customers can expect Expect to wait max ***** Empathy!

    I purchased a pair of glasses on 7/23/2022 at Goggles4u.com. Literally more than 2.5 weeks gone by and they haven't even sent my glasses to the post office and they promise I would get the order within 21 days of ordering. I also contacted customer representative b/c I noticed that the coupon I used on the order for "Discount (73% Discount On The Entire Order" only came out to be 62.5% off before shipping fee. The rep Janice started making up reasons saying the coupon is expired so she cannot honor the partial refund. Who cares if the coupon is expired now after I used it, but what matters is that it wasn't expired when I used it. She then said I probably got it before it was expired, but it's expired by 06/24/22 nonetheless so she can't honor it. I said no, I found the code online. Then she said oh, then definitely cannot honor the code. The woman is basically spewing nonsense, refusing to honor the 73% no matter what. Her manager Eddie re-iterated the same nonsense. I even provided PROOF with a screenshot of my order confirmation showing the word "expired" did not appear when I used the coupon at checkout. He showed me a screenshot from his end that NOW shows the coupon says expired. Again, who cares if the coupon is expired now after I used it, but what matters is that it wasn't expired when I used it. I also cannot control how their company manipulated the system to display that the code is expired even if the code is still active. He stated that his company does not honor expired coupons, but goes on to contradict himself saying the expired code is still active. He also says he doesn't see this coupon I used anywhere on his company's website so therefore it's not valid. He apparently doesn't understand that people google for company-issued coupon codes online, so I explained it to him, but he said codes found online cannot be honored. Literally, it's like pulling teeth with these two people. Do not recommend Googles4u. STAY AWAY!!!

    Thank you for taking time to share your valuable feedback. First and foremost, I would like to express my deep regrets for the dissatisfaction you had to face with your glasses purchase. Please know that your order has already been dispatched via USPS under the tracking # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and it is currently in transit. Unfortunately, the coupon used was already expired on 24th of June and its worth was revised to the currently available coupon. After it got expired, we stopped promoting it on the website or through other marketing channels. Since, we have different discounts available now which automatically applies once the items are added into the cart, all previous coupons have been discontinued and revised which is the reason why they can no longer be availed the way they used to be.

    Our deepest regrets for any inconvenience caused.

    Merchant's comment makes no sense. Why would an expired coupon still be active?

    Regardless, the glasses order arrived later than their promised maximum 21 days delivery timeframe. I also could not see out of them. Had to ask for refund and threw the glasses in the trash. Such a waste of time and energy with this company. Highly do not recommend!

    Ordered July 6th and paid the faster shipping. No updates as of July 25th. I contacted customer support and got the same excuse everyone seems to be receiving "Sent in a bulk order. Stuck in customs......." Very disappointed especially since I needed my glasses at a certain time in which I spent extra money to receive it then by that time. Goggles4u has lost a customer and I'll never recommend anyone to visit their site nor try to purchase anything from them.

    I placed an order for three pairs of glasses on May 10, 2022. Once I received my order, the prescription was wrong. I contacted goggles4u, and I was told they were unable to determine what the prescription was, so therefore, they took a guess instead of verifying the correct prescription before processing the order. They processed a replacement ordered, and at that time, I told the guy to make sure that my order was placed with the thinnest lens as that was what I initially ordered and was not what I received. I received my replacement order on July 11, 2022, in which the prescription is wrong again. In one pair, the frames are so far stretched out they won't sit on anyone's face, the lens is exceptionally thick in two pairs, and I can't see out of any of them. I requested a refund instead of a replacement because they have already attempted twice and can't get my order correct. I'm told to pay for the shipping of six pairs of glasses. They didn't ask for the first order to be returned when they processed the replacement order in, which now, it has been two months between the original order and the replacement order, so what if I discarded the first order. I think that's what they were hoping for so that I can be denied a refund for their mistakes. I'm told I have to pay for the return shipping of the six pairs of glasses to get a refund which I don't feel I should have to do. I'm not returning the glasses for any reason other than the production of the glasses is incorrect. That's no fault of mine; if my order were correct, I would happily keep them. I want a REFUND! If they want the glasses back, I will gladly send them at their cost! I have no use for them!
