  This company came out in March of 2022, to install solar to my home. We are in September and the solar have not worked. The inspection never pass. They put a leak in my roof and send out someone to patch the hole. They have been sending someone out several times with no resolution, I have to call this company weekly to get an update on when theyre going to finish the job. They schedule someone to show up at my home, they never show up and never called. The dispatcher at the company talks smooth and offers a $50 gift card which you will never see. Please dont deal with Better Earth and the Salesman are very young, once they get the sale you will never hear from them again.

  Today I called Better Earth to report the leak in the same place, spoke with a rep and she stated that she would have a manager call me, which I requested. That never happened, she informed me that they did not have me listed as a customer. Any one else have experienced anything like this with Better Earth Solar in Orange County **********?

  ******************* stopped by the house to explain the benefits of going solar. He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was not pushy at all about getting me to agree to going solar. He followed every step of the way and kept me informed the entire time through the installation process. When I had a question He was very fast at getting back to me with an answer. I would highly recommend *** to anyone as well as Better Earth. The process went smoothly and there were no problems with any inspections that were needed.*************************

  Fantastic home Solar option. I had the pleasure of working with ********************* and he helped me and my neighbors understand our options for solar power and the financing. He is one of the best customer facing professionals I have spoken with and took out the guess work on something complex like a new solar energy system addition. He and the rest of the Better Earth team always responded to communications in a timely manner, they all followed up and provided punctual service and installation schedules. I have recommended and will recommend them for solar power systems and plans. Very happy to have worked with this company. The installation was quick, they handle all of the paperwork, permits, and inspection scheduling.

  ****** and **** came by our home and we were so impressed with their communication as well as their manners. They explained the whole process how it will benefit us and although we are not in the best position to buy this product, we know that we are going to call them And go through this company.Even After knowing we werent able to move forward with the solar panels they still were completely professional and even offered to help us move a swingset that we needed help with For our fiveyear-olds birthday party!They went out of their way regardless. I will only call these guys when we are ready to move forward. They are awesome! Who would spend the time helping someone when really they couldve left these guys are legit. Thank you so much we have your numbers and we will call you guys!

  My experience with Better Earth Solar has been a good one. *********************** is my representative and he has been in contact with me all the way, keeping me updated on the progress of my project. I did my homework with several other Solar companies and **** was by far the most thorough going through all the disclosure papers, warranties, expectations, guarantees etc... I felt good going with Better Earth over all the other companies I got quotes from. I highly recommend Better Earth Solar.

  A little over years ago, a friend asked me whether I had thought about solar. I had, a few years ago, but it was expensive and not cost-effective for me. Now, I thought, maybe I should look into it. He gave a Better Earth rep my contact info. Within several hours, I had a call from ************************* and 2 days later ****************** (the ***** Team) were at my house explaining todays solar & why I might benefit. They gave me a proposal & a copy of the ********** Solar Consumer Protection Guide. I read it thoroughly & found where I could get more info. Im a detail person and wanted to understand solar including panel ******************* ******* and ******** calmly and rapidly answered my many questions. If the ***** Team didnt immediately have an answer, they obtained it & texted it to me - often within a half hour! One Saturday morning, I texted ******** with a question & 30 minutes later I received a phone call from VP *************************** who happened to be in *****! He answered my question and gave me additional information about the black-on-black panels Better Earth uses & the light weight racking system which puts less strain on your roof. Still searching for more information, CEO Zain Jan suggested that I send him my top 5 ************** would get them answered. I did so & within 48 hours Chief ****************************************** meticulously answered them & even told me to check the website of the ********** Secretary of State in case I wanted to confirm any company information! I did research other providers but happily signed my contract with Better Earth the end of June, 2021. My panels were installed 2 weeks later! My neighbor was so impressed with the installation that he had his own Better Earth installation 6 months later. No questions asked because I had already asked them! Now, on my one-block-long street, there are 4 homes with Better Earth panels. Im very glad that Im part of the Better Earth family!
