      I purchased this company's CbGardn facial products - Facial cleanser, facial toner, microexfoliant plus, night renewing cream, biorestorative cream, eye serum, multiaction instant eye lift-while visiting *************************, on Oct. 13, 2022. The young lady at Lumiere Spa (369 Main Street) who demonstrated the products tested them on my face and convinced me to purchase all of the products. I explain to her that I had previously had skin cancer removed, that I was under treatment, and that my dermatologist had already prescribed a product line for me, but she said these products are all natural and would not interfere whatsoever with anything my doctor had prescribed. However, the following day, my skin had an extreme reaction, and I contacted the spa immediately, provided photographic proof, and asked to return these products for a full refund. I was told there is a no return policy. I contacted the parent company, Mazal Group, multiple times and co tI use to get the runaround, as they say the spa is an independent contractor, and they have no responsibility.. However, one of the items, the cleanser, is not labeled correctly... it is a cream that neither *******, soaps, nor cleans the skin. I sent a video to the Mazal Group showing it is a cream, along with multiple emails and correspondence between me and the spa, as well as between me and the Mazal Group. Neither party wants to take responsibility. Additionally, the receipts I received from the spa on the day I made the purchase lists two different names (*********************, and Lumiere Spa). I have $747.25 of products that not only irritate my skin but which also have been misleadingly mislabeled as an all-natural, CBD-infused luxury skin care line. I have no confidence whatsoever that what I purchased is actually the high-end skin care line advertised. I've tried in vain to work with the spa and the Mazal Group. My dermatologist advised me to contact BBB and told me to not use the products. I stopped immediately..

      I purchased a beauty product at Orogold It was an under eye cream that supposedly made fine lines disappear. After purchase I found out it was only temporary I feel like the product was misrepresented by the sales person. She was very nice but I feel like I was scammed. She tried the product on me and it seemed to work so I happily purchased it. Not long after the purchase it all caked up under my eyes My right eye began to get puffy I tried return the product to the store the next morning but the sale person said she was sorry that it was a final sale. I did sign the credit card receipt but it was on a screen so I never saw the full receipt and she did not put a copy in my bag and there was no mention of final sale at time of purchase

      As from the attached statement, they are charging me twice for the $424 product. I used the $2124 product and it gave me a rash. I went back to this company as it was still here at our county fair and attempted a refund. Was told no refunds can be made. I at least want credit back for the double charge and for people to be warned of this company. They will adjust their price to whatever money you may have that they can take. Products given do not with like products used in their store.

      July 14th ************* a sale rep approach me, told me about their facial products which I purchased for $171. I was offered a free facial scheduled for july 25th which i went to. While getting the free facial i was told i can get facial services for a year at a cost of the original cost of $2000 because the store has a promotion so my price will be $1000 plus taxt. I asked if there was a payment plan and the rep replied no but went on to ask me how much i can pay down. I ask her how much does she want me to pay down and she replied $500, so made the down-payment on that same day and went away with only the receipt that i was given. July 26th less than 24 hours i went back to the store and said i will like to cancel because i want to be able to use the products i purchased from them on the 14th first, which i was told will last me 1 year. They told me no one in the store had the authority to grant me a refund and that they have a no refund policy and that they will have to call their boss which is in a meeting and will call me during that day to see what can be done for me. THEY NEVER CALLED ME. I returned on the july 27th and said i didn't receive a call and i want my down-payment. The rep said he will call the boss, took his phone, placed a call and went to a back room to speak while i was left in front. He returned and said they will call me later that day to update me, THEY NEVER CALLED ME. I never took away anything from that store pertaining to what i made the down-payment towards. They said they normally keep the products in a paper bag in the store with the customer's name on it for their convenience. One of the rep took me to that room but no bag was found with my name on it. She said the sales rep should of told me that they don't give refunds which i was never told. I was told that customer's have to pay in full as there is no payment plan yet for all they took my $500 down-payment and doesn't want to return it. The receipt has *********************
