      Several orders completed for my home and also daughter's. Products are as beautiful and well-made as represented on website. All items purchased have been extremely well packed for shipping; no broken items received. Both myself and my daughter have been very happy with total experience.

      There is no place within the shopping cart to add a coupon code. I didn't realize until I was almost all the way through the checkout process that the only way to use my coupon code was through a link in an email that would have required me to go rebuild my entire cart again. So I just skipped the coupon code. Annoying and it cost me $15.

      I had been looking for quality lampshades after a home remodeling project. I was not able to find any locally and happened to find Lamps Plus as a supplier on another website. After visiting your website and speaking with an agent about what I was looking. I was able to find several shades that will work for my projects.
