I love shopping at Lamps Plus!!! Products are beautiful and it's so easy to navigate their website. So far I have purchased a beautiful statue of a boy and girl over a pond and two lamps. I am thrilled with both and will purchase more items from lampsplus.com!!!Lamps Plus, Inc.

Ordered set lamps on from Lamps plus and great Retro Kitchen Light Fixture, regretfully one of the Lamps arrived broken at the base most likely at the manufacturing plant since the Box looked intact. Lamp Plus issued a replacement lamp order in less than 48 hours and provided the tracking number. I found the customer service to excellent with a customer service manager named ******* to be right on it and in the matter of minutes providing me the steps I needed to take. Was pleased on the quick shipping of the replacement item and Lamp Plus's standards of customer services, given my order traveled from ********** to ********** I was skeptical but Lamp Plus alleviated the worry. Found the entire process easier than I thought. Surely, made a repeat customer out of me, the Kitchen Retro Light Fixture Im already getting comments on how cool that is. You have to understand the 50s and 60s to get the full feel and effect.Lamps Plus, Inc.
