I had the fan that this light kit matched, but the fan did not have the light kit when I purchased it. A wonderful lady helped me find the kit on line, I wish I could remember her name because she was wonderfully helpful. I purchased the light kit on line do not have it yet. Lamps Plus website is easy to use and their customer service is very good. I ordered 2 chandeliers without realizing how low they would hang and so had to return them. I might've had the option to have them picked up, I honestly can't remember. My only complaint is that they were pretty big so getting them to the mailed back was an ordeal. But when I called to explain and asked for help, the fellow I spoke with was quick to help me find the best possible replacement. The replacements arrived very fast, which was great.Lamps Plus, Inc.
