My first fan didn't work out. Went through the trouble of having an electrician rent a ladder for two days to try to get it working. The light worked but not the fan. I received a replacement part but nothing worked on the fan afterwards. I contacted Lamps Plus and spoke with ********. She was extremely helpful and went so far as to find a comparable fan. The customer service alone is what reeled me in. I would definitely order from the company again and will probably go thru ******** because of her exceptional customer service.Lamps Plus, Inc.

Lamps Plus ************ was great. I almost ordered pendants that had canopies too large for the beam they were going to be hung from, but the attendant stopped me and suggested a better fit.Thank so much!Lamps Plus, Inc.
