Was not satisfied with my purchase, customer service was excellent, refreshing to be able to talk to a human being. Offered a full refund. Will certainly order from them again.

Gave you a 2 because I like what I just purchased. However I wanted to use two gift cards and your system would not let me use either of them. I called customer service the lady was nice but she said I had to use one gift card for the total amount which was 148.00. I had one 100.00 and one 50.00 gift cards but could not use them. She could not take my order over the phone either. So the 2 means your company has to come into 21st century. By the way your web site says you can use up to 10 gift cards I only wanted to use two but could not.Lamps Plus, Inc.

Hi **** thank you for your review. Im very sorry to hear there was confusion with placing your order. Our site does have a limit of 10 gift cards under our payment page. However, this section is for Lamps Plus gift cards. If you are attempting to use a **** or Mastercard gift card, these work as regular debit cards and can be used under the credit card tap. Our agents can also assist with placing an order using a gift card. We have purchased five seven lights and four fans for our new home over the past few months. Selection was difficult because there were so many great choices. Each was received on time and well packed. They are scheduled to be installed in the next two weeks. We are anticipating that each will be a positive look and problem free installation. FedEx delivered their item to a different address. Lamps plus customer service is abysmal. What followed was a “ten day investigation” with FedEx to see if my claims were true. No one followed up. Instead of refunding the $264.99 for the light or sending a new one they basically said I was out of luck and spent $264.99 on nothing. Buyer beware. Never order from this company. Their customer service is a disgrace.Lamps Plus, Inc.
