Just over a year of having our lamp, (so just past the warranty,) the bolt which holds it all together suddenly breaks, for no reason. The customer service was wonderful and made an exception for us to replace it.Lamps Plus, Inc.

Excellent customer service over the phone. I purchased a lamp for my living room about a week ago. I called the customer help number and received excellent help from *******. I received the lamp, dimmer switch and bulb quite promptly and all works well and looks lovely. Today received a notice about 'open box sale' and purchased another lamp at a discount, again with a dimmer switch. Would certainly recommend Lamps PlusLamps Plus, Inc.
