I think the product is very beautiful. I was not happy with the reviews in that every other lamp was broken in shipping. I asked that they try and secure this shipment in a more substantial way. It is not good for these beautiful lamps to be broken in multiples when all it takes is a bit more careful packaging. The person who helped me with the chat was excellent. Thank you.Lamps Plus, Inc.

I thought there was a problem with the item that ordered. When I received the email confirmation, the picture of the product I ordered wasn't there. There was different lamp. I was confused and wrote them thinking that they had changed my order. After contacting them this morning, I discovered that it was the same item that I ordered. I was going to be very disappointed had it not been the same item. It should have been a picture showing the same product that I ordered, yet it was similar items which confused me. It stated that it was. The clerk cleared all of the confusion. Thank you!

Amazing selection,fair prices and magnificent customer service.Bought a new ceiling fan and ***** from ext.4570 helped me to order accessories separately so I could order just the fan with Sezzle financing. She gave great suggestions and product information she knew without reading! I also bought a great tall lamp with dimmer control and square light globes 13 years ago from Lamps Plus needing globe replacement to replace a broken one and she was able to order it( bought an extra for 2 total just in case and they were inexpensive)for **. Wonderful. One last thing, They offer Sezzle financing which offers great plans and eased my payment options, but Sezzle is cumbersome and not easy to get done technically speaking with little to no help from live assistance, but after several glitches and tries I succeeded and am a happy Lamps Plus customer for life.Lamps Plus, Inc.
