      If you have a return or exchange you have to pay for the shipping. On a medium sized lamp the shipping was $120 via usps and $97 via ups. This was almost the cost of the lamp.

      Hi - we do offer free returns on thousands of designs, but not all. If your item arrived damaged and you need an exchange there is no cost to you to return the damaged item and get a new one. But for a return to get another design there may be a shipping return fee on some items. If you contact us our customer service team can provide you a discounted return shipping sticker for you to use, which is our regular practice. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to assisting you.

      When I called to arrange for a return/exchange the customer service rep did not indicate that the return fed ex label would be at a discount, or I would have accepted the offer.

      Hello - Thank you for your reply. We have previously discussed, we have reviewed the interaction with you and the agent. The agent offered to provide a discounted quote from FedEx. The first time this was offered there was confusion and the agent repeated the offer a second time saying she can provide a quote from FedEx at a discount rate. The offer was declined and you verified you would be using your own carrier through the United States Postal Service. We do apologize for any inconvenience.

      Sadly as a former customer and senior citizen I take no pleasure with this review. I ordered a lamp from LampsPlus, the lamp was delivered by FedEx and was returned unopened. In short, FedEx facility scanned the label, provided a receipt and now the lamp has disappeared. Each shipping company Fedex and US Postal Service blames the other and I am stuck paying for a lamp never used or seen. Perhaps LampsPlus created a label that was in error because a shipping company can only use what is provided. I have done my due diligence by visiting the USPS, calling their customer service, including FedEx, adding the payment venue of PayPal to assist with resolution but each said without a valid tracking number there is nothing they can do. This trails back to Lamps Plus the originator of the label. Quite honestly I am exasperated and frustrated because there is no resolution offered. $168 is a lot for a senior to lose without recourse. I don't want to bash the company because I believe this was an error, However, beyond my control. I also understand a store trying to mitigate possible theft. Yet I am positively sure if requested , the Fedex Cameras on Apollo Drive in Upper Marlboro Md will show me returning the box twice. The Fedex personnel and to be transparent nor I removed the original label. When returned for the 2nd and last time I peeled the original Label..so nothing was misrepresented and I have the bogus tracking label to which I am willing to share. I just want my money returned. I've explained to all that I am mobility impaired and it's difficult to go to each facility to do the leg work tracking the package only to be told I have no options once more. Again LampsPlus is a great vendor but customer service in this case is lacking

      Hello LaToniya, thank you for reaching out and filing a claim. I reviewed your order and I'm very sorry to hear of your experience regarding the return of your table lamp. For your order number DOXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX; I reviewed the photos you provided. The first one looks like the pack, ship N' print center scanned the incorrect label; the tracking number on this receipt is the same as the label we issued when we shipped the lamp to your home.

      When returning any items, it's always best to remove all the original labels to avoid any confusion. The second receipt shows USPS tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. This number shows there is either an error or the label has not been used. Unfortunately, we are unable to reach out to USPS or the pack and ship center on your behalf to confirm if this has been used. I do recommend calling the center directly and having them check around to see if the package is still in their facility.

      We understand how frustrating this situation is and I would like to ensure you receive the lamp or your refund. At this time, we ask that you confirm the return tracking number with the packaging center; you may be able to contact them directly over the phone if you are unable to go in person.       I was great having so many options when picking out new lights. I just placed my second order since the first was handled so well. I received regular communications as to when the light would be delivered and it was, in simply a few days. The light was well packed with no defects. It looks beautiful, great quality and great price.
