Temu shipped an order for $699.41 with PiggyShip. PiggyShip falsely claimed that I was unreachable and there was no safe space to deliver my package. They did not contact me and my home is age to deliver to. All my contact information is correct. **** will not refund claiming it was packed and shipped. Piggy ship has 5 packages of mine for 2 weeks. I have Called 10 times. **************** says they dont know why its not being delivered. I asked To speak with a manager no call back. I bought a pair of glasses from optical Factor order # 0f75651, Piggy Express was supposed to deliver the package to my home. The other day I get a personal message from one of the delivery drivers, it was a picture of my package and he claimed he had tried to deliver to my home three times, I'm retired so I'm home all day, at no time has anyone tried to deliver anything to my address, I also have two security cameras I have no footage of a delivery driver from Piggy Express coming to my door. Now the scam part, the delivery driver said he wanted gas money from me to deliver my package, claiming he had been at my address three times. I've never had a delivery company employee lie to me and try to extort gas money from me. My package on the web sight so un deliverable to my address, once again I've never had a problem with my packages delivered.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase from a third party business [AIRRDELI Sports] via Temu. The item was shipped out on March 8th. It was held in a warehous until the 14th when it was put out for delivery. It remained 'out for delivery' for 24 hours. The status was updated to 'delivery failed, customer unreachable'. No attempt to contact me was ever made. No one even tried to deliver this item. After complaining via email and phone [after being put on hold for 3 hours], I was told my package would be redelivered within the next two days. I was just updated a few moments ago that the package was failed to be delivered again for 'other reason'. No reason was given and again, no call or attempt was made to come to the door. There was someone home both times the courier claimed a delivery attempt. Also, I live in an apartment complex so the office is open daily for deliveries. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a delivery service from the long hold times, to the non existent attempts at delivery. I've never had an issue like this with any other service. There are tons of forums complaining about the same issues with this company. I just want the item I ordered. I'm so frustrated and angry.Initial Complaint

I bought items from the TikTok shop. They use ************* company to ship my products to my house. I made this order on March 1 and they failed to deliver on March 10. I do not have a gate and I do not live in Apartments so my house is extremely easy to deliver to. I watched them sit in front of my house and never try to deliver my package. Now they are sending it back, or so they say they are. I tried calling customer service four times and they gave me one call back where they hung up on me after I said hello can youhelp with my package. This company claimed to have attempted delivery at my home at 3 pm. This particular day, I was hosting an outdoor event, and not once did I see a delivery truck on my street. I was outside setting up from about 10 am, and I wrapped things up around 6 pm. No one attempted to drop off a package at my home. I tried contacting the company and I held for about 30 mins and the phone got disconnected, this happened every time I called back. I then tried to do a callback, but they called back and hung up immediately! This company is a scam! There is no one you can contact about your package.Initial Complaint

I ordered from an over sea company with free shipping. When My package arrived by Piggy Express, they placed it in my US mailbox instead of at my front door. The US mailperson tried to put my mail in the box and there was no room. They took my package that was left by Piggy Express to the local US post office where I was penalized and had to pay $8.35 to get my package. Postal worker informed me that what Piggy Express had done was illegal and told me to contact Piggy Express for my $ back.Business Response
