    Date of the Transaction: February 11 Amount Paid to the Business: $300 Business Commitment: Piggy Express committed to delivering my package, which contained an Apple Vision Pro Controller, to my address.Nature of the Dispute:I used Piggy Express to ship an Apple Vision Pro controller valued at $300. The package was supposed to be delivered to my address but has been delayed, misdelivered, or lost. Despite multiple attempts to contact Piggy Express, their customer service has been unresponsive and unwilling to help locate or compensate for my missing package.Attempts to Resolve the Issue:I have called and emailed Piggy Express multiple times, but their responses have been slow and unhelpful. They have provided no clear updates about my package and have not taken responsibility for the lost shipment. I expected professional service and accountability, but instead, I have experienced delays, lack of communication, and refusal to address my concerns.Desired Resolution:I am requesting that Piggy Express:Locate and deliver my package immediately OR Issue a full refund of $300 for the lost item If Piggy Express does not resolve this matter, I will escalate this complaint to the ************************ (***) and consider taking legal action in small claims court.I appreciate the BBBs assistance in facilitating a resolution and look forward to Piggy Express addressing this issue promptly.

    My order was marked as delivered. The driver took a picture but didnt leave my items. I was watching out for the delivery so I know my neighbors didnt anyone steal them. I never had a problem with my packages and Ive lived here for years and order online frequently.

    An expensive package of mine was shipped on January 16, 2025. On January 26, they showed up to my house while I was away, and then left with my package. I did not request to have the package signed for, but to be left by the door. Since then, it's been marked as "unable to be delivered" 4 more times, despite no one showing up to my house. Attempts to reach this company, through phone calls, emails, and website chat services, have been met with silence. When I called their number to be connected with an agent, it said I was 384th in line, and that the call would take ***** minutes to reach an agent.I would also like to point out that **************************, which is already under investigation and has had hundreds of complaints related to delivery fraud, leads to the Piggy Express website.I just want my package. It was expensive. If this continues, I may consider legal options.

    I was informed that my package was out for delivery around 6am and then when they tried to deliver it at 11:45am (while Im at work) they didn't leave it at my house due to "not able to deliver to remote areas" even though I live in a regular neighborhood with no gate or any obstrustions, but took it back and canceled my delivery. I have 2 other packages being delivered to me by this business, and Im questioning "is this going to happen again if I'm not sitting by my door waiting for it to arrive?"

    This business is supposed to deliver my package since 1/18/25 but tracking keeps saying my address is not accessible which is a lie. I have a ring camera and everytime they said it tried to be delivered but cannot, there is no evidence of attempted delivery. I contacted the initial company who used them for shipping ****** as well so they are aware and trying to resolve this. I still have not got my package and they have the correct address. Package delivery fraud. Cannot get ahold of customer service with ********************** either no responses via email or phone. I would like them to either send it back to the original sender or actually deliver the package and not lie about it.

    I ordered a package from an **** seller in early December and never received my package. I spoke to the seller and the shipping company apparently left it outside on my steps and not inside the door where packages are supposed to be left. I never got any notification that it was delivered and heard about this company delivering and then stealing packages before.

    PiggyShip is a local shipping partner that's been contracted by ******** to deliver a clothing order for me. They claimed that they tried to deliver to my residence on 1/27 but that they couldn't reach me and no one was home. I don't have any phone calls from them, and I live in a building with a doorman so there is always someone here to receive packages. All other packages from the building (Amazon, ************ etc) seem to have been delivered just fine. I've been trying to contact this company to see where my package is, if it's being re-delivered, or if I can go pick it up from a warehouse. I've emailed three different email addresses, called them 3 times (and get hung up on every time before I reach an agent), and tried to use the website chat function and I don't get a response from any of those mechanisms. I want my package delivered and to be refunded for the shipping cost given how inconvenient this company has made this.

    I have made a few purchases on Taobao and Taobao informed me that after the package arrives to **, Piggy Express is the local carrier for New York City's delivery. The tracking indicated that the package was in the posseccion of Piggy Express on 1/10, and on 1/14 it indecated out for delivery. However, till today, there is no actual attempt of delivery has ever been made. I have contacted Piggy Express since 1/14, also had Taobao to contact them as well, only to find out that the customer service phone number Piggy Express gave is fake. I then used the web chat function. Yet, the 2 agents handled the chat, were using inconsistant scripts: one would say " it is on the way to you, keep your eyes on for the next 2-3 days" while the other one would say "if you don't get it by end of today, contact us tmrw" then they closed the chat. I asked them if there is any local facility that I can pick up by myself or the point of contact I can't reach out. None was responded. After days and days demanding my goods, they repeats those scripts without making actual delivery. On 1/17 evening, I demanded my package again and let them know that it is illegal to scam, stealing package, or misappriate other's property according to New York State's Penal Code. *************'s online chating agent responded comptemptly with no remorse: thanks for imforming us NY penal code then closed the chat. As of now the evening of the 18th, 4 days passed, beside the traking showing out for delivery on the 14, and 17th, not a single attempt has been made. After the substantial effort I have been put into this matter, however Piggy Express failed to delivery my goods in a timely manner. I strongly believe that Piggy Express has stolen my package and has been knowingly refusing to return it to me when their service is being paid for the opposite: to delivery packages. *************, as a registered business operating in *************, its disregards and contempt of the law is unacceptable.

    Hello. Our business is in receipt of a complaint submitted on January 18th, 2025 with the Better Business Bureau,  ID#********. This complaint was intended for a different business that we believe is based out of ********** and handles package delivery for the ************* area and other parts of the **** The complaint however was submitted to our business, **************************/******************, located in *********, **, that exclusively handles ONLY transportation of our Family-Owned Farm raised pigs from our farm operation to various "market" or producer locations. We are in no way affiliated with the mail/package delivery service indicated in the above mentioned complaint.  I believe their business operates under the name "PiggyShip Express". Could you please forward the complaint submitted and further correspondence to the company this letter was intended for... Thank you in advance for your assistance with this matter.

    I PLACED AN ORDER ON 12/16 AND WAS ADVISED THAT PIGGY EXPRESS WAS THE CARRIER. THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED ANY UPDATES ON SHIPPING AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS OF REACHING OUT TO THEM VIA THEIR PLATFORM. THEY HAVE NO CONTACT INFO EXPECT A PHONE NUMBER NO ONE ANSWERS AND A CHAT BOT THAT IS INCREDIBLY UNHELPFUL. THIS IS A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR MY SON AND I HAVE NOTHING. I WANT MY DELIVERY BY THE END OF THE DAY TOMORROW AT NO EXTRA COST.
