    I purchased an item from arnuoc.com on October 21st. On November 17th I was alerted by a shipping company named "PiggyShip" that my package had an invalid address on it. I provided the correct address immediately, and asked if they would be able to send it to the new address - a text which they read but did not respond to. On November 29th, I once again inquired about the package and they once again, read my text and did not respond. I reached out to their customer service on November 29th as well, and I received no response. Finally, on December 2nd, I inquired via text which was read and not responded to. I simply want my package shipped to the correct address, or to be reimbursed the amount I purchased it for.

    This company, Piggy Cars, apparently started a shipping company earlier this year for international packages from China. My package was given to them upon entry into the US, for unknown reason. They failed to deliver my package twice in mid-October, despite me giving detailed instructions on my apartment building in their redelivery form, then I tried contacting them. They did not reply to my email asking for an explanation and giving instructions again or my call doing the same thing, and only replied to a text. They said they would redeliver it, but never gave a date of any kind, even with follow up check in from me. It has now been two weeks with no delivery or date given. They stopped responding to and reading my texts last week, and have not responded to additional and numerous emails and phone calls. I looked them up online, and their Yelp reviews are either clearly fabricated by the company, or are describing their bad business practices. Another man describes the same thing as me: didn't deliver, didn't respond to any correspondence for weeks, and said he was reporting to the BBB. I want my package, and I want this business to be seriously evaluated as a scam with deceptive customer practices and potential stolen goods.
