    Package was marked delivered and never delivered. When calling customer service number listed on the website it says no longer in service. Its a $100 order that Ive seen nothing pff

    I ordered three separate orders from Temu. Supposedly the business Piggy Ship is partnered with LaserShip and Ontrac for delivery service. Piggy Ship has a lot of bad reviews online where people never received their orders or the "company" is lying and stealing their orders. I have not received my orders and when I looked up the address the business sign on the building states Piggy Car Rentals and writing in Chinese. When I called their phone number it is only a busy signal. My orders through their tracking website status states they received my orders a week ago and no updated status. I was getting the runaround from Temu on getting my refund but my problem is with this possibly phony shipping service. Thank you

    PiggyShip provided a tracking number & a photo of the lobby in the building where I reside that my order from Temu was delivered in the locker last Saturday, 9/9, but I never receive the package. I sent an email to them, no one reply. Phone numbers on their website do not work at all.

    Order placed via AliExpress on July 1, 2023 for Quilt Hanger 4 Pcs (total cost $12.63)Tracking via PiggyShip shows signed/delivered: PA0000567938 I never signed for or received any package. I emailed the business to request proof of delivery and recieved no reply. I tried calling the business to speak with a representative, but was directed to an answering machine with a full inbox.No delivery, no communication, and no recourse.

    August 27th, I placed an order on the Temu website. The service contracted by Temu to deliver my order was PiggyShip. They say they have tried to deliver my merchandise three times, but don't have an access code to the door. There is no access code for the door, and I emailed them 3three times to inform them of this and requested they call me once they arrive. I gave my name, address, phone number, and tracking number on all three emails. I tried to call them multiple times, but it hangs up before it rings. Furthermore, I cannot sit outside on the stoop all day waiting for them to deliver a package. I am disabled with back problems, and it doesn't take long, sitting on the hard concrete stairs, for my back to be in extreme pain.

    I purchased a coat for $167 from the seller Linen Naive. Linen Naive uses SF Express to ship their items from *****, and in turn SF Express contracted Piggycars (aka Piggyship) to do the local delivery. I live in an apartment complex, and I included my apartment number in the address to ship the package to. Other shipping companies have no issue delivering packages to my door. Piggycars did not deliver the package to my door, but instead left it on a public walkway in an entirely different area of the apartment complex. They also did not notify me that the package had been delivered. I only realized it had been when I checked the tracking info 4 days later. By that time, the package was gone. I checked with apartment management but no one had turned the package in, so at this point it is presumed missing and stolen. Meanwhile, because Piggycars marked the package as "delivered," Linen Naive is refusing to refund my purchase. I have contacted Piggycars via email to complain and have not received any resolution. I have also called them multiple times during their business hours but have been unable to reach anyone. Attached are my email conversations with the shipping companies, including photos of where the item was left vs. my address.

    They said the item(s) was delivered on 08-17-2023 I have provided them the original tracking from the company I bought it from.They keep telling me they need something called a "checking" number so they can track it. (not provided to me in the tracking information I have.They ask for a tracking number that Starts with **/**/YT/PG100/20000. There is NO such number anywhere in my tracking information.It is a combined delivery so the one package actually has 5 different orders in it.They tell me to get in touch with the 5 different sellers to get a resolution, but THEY did not misdeliver the package. Piggyship did. By the way they do not answer the phone directly so you cannot talk to a real person. I have emailed back and forth with NO help from them.

    I placed an order for products that this company claims to have tried to deliver and failed to deliver the items and stated that the address was not accessible. The delivery address is a ***** location that is open 24hrs a day. I tried to contact them, and they will not respond. I really need the items and I am willing to go pick them up but this company is horrible and they don't need to be in business if they don't know how to get around the city to make deliveries. when people place orders there could be a very serious need and to be lied to and then ignored after you have taken my money is just unacceptable.

    I ordered from a company over seas At first piggy car had responsible drivers after a few months my packages went missing and when I would call and tell them I never got a package that said it was delivered the sane operator would respond with call the police and or they have fired those drivers. I gave them clear instructions on how to get into my building and they still refused to use the instructions I gave them and or they are just down right stealing which the operator confirmed that some drivers do. The operator is rude and doesnt care if we get the packages or not. I also have a recorded call where the operator states if they steal my packages oh well

    Hello, Piggyship is the courier that delivered my package to the wrong address. The order was placed on 2/2/23 and I have attempted to reach out to them without any response or remedy for the situation. Solset (the brand of the product) is willing to issue me a refund if I can get a response from Piggyship providing me with a survey regarding how they handled the case. I am unable to process this because of a lack of response from Piggyship. Tracking #: *************
