    I wish I could give zero stars. Never delivered package, marked as refused when I was 20 miles away at work. **************** is unresponsive and blames customers for the way the delivery driver handles packages when they finally do respond. Cannot get ahold of anyone on phone, they will deny your call and send you straight to voice-mail.

    Twice delivered incorrectly. Contacted Piggyship, no reply. Provided direct access code. Pleading with them to Please complete the delivery to door. They failed again.Stating false information as to where delivery is, with photo showing improper delivery.

    I would give zero stars if I could. They said my package couldn't be delivered because they needed an access code which I provided. I emailed the customer service team and again provided the access code. Heard nothing from them for two days. Meanwhile the tracking info says "Out for Delivery" since May 7 at at 5:57am. It's May 9th at 10:40pm and still no package. I finally heard back on email from customer service and she said she sent the driver the access code. So where are they? The customer service line says mailbox is full??? How is this even real. I will no longer be ordering from any business that uses this service.

    Package was not delivered, nor was it attempted to be delivered. I have requested the vendor not use PiggyShip anymore. PiggyShip only provides a photo of the package as proof of delivery with no surroundings. They don't answer the phone nor do they answer emails. It's a complete and total scam.

    No stars !! Package never showed up.They never answer customer service phone number.No updates.Very frustrating when items ordered are future gifts.Stay away from this company !!!

    Been waiting for a delivery from **** since Saturday says out for delivery and then rescheduled, then Sunday out for delivery, then rescheduled, now it's Monday 5/6/24 and says out for delivery. No one on any extensions answers calls, voice mails are full. Emailed and no response. A complete scam and they are probably stealing merchandise and reselling it.

    Not worth any stars one THROAT PUNCHES. Temu starting using Piggyship about a month ago with my orders. The first order to be delivered by piggyship from Temu came as expected. I've had 6 orders from Temu now, all using apiggyship as a courier. NOT ONE CAME! NOT ONE! All you get is a picture of your package with address and name on ot, saying "no code given" SERIOUSLY THERE IS A #xx BUTTON ON TJE PANEL YOU PUSH TO DELIVER GOODS!! NOT ONE TIME HAVE THEY pushed the button ...not one time have they tried to contact me to redeliver or left a notice to when they will try to attempt again. Nothing, call their number, goes to "this vm is full" message!! I've called at all different times of the day..NOTHING. No response to my emails I have to say, and appreciate ****'s quick refunds and response to my packages not being delivered. They've refunded me 100% of my orders that piggyship was involved in, plus credits towards next purchase. I've been shopping with temu for over a year and have NEVER run into ANY issues with the delivery of packages. **** IS RUINING THEIR NAME WITH THAT COURIER!! Any other courier they've used before..no problems at all

    This company's drivers are the worst. Not only do they not attempt to get the package to the right address, they failed multiple times over multiple days. Driver tried to deliver my package and provided a picture of a building that wasn't mine and clearly did not have an address on it. My address DOES exist and I receive multiple packages a day without issue.Here's the more frustrating part...calling the number provided and email does nothing. It's been a week and I STILL haven't gotten a response to multiple emails. I've called 5 times and each time the phone rings 3 times and goes to a voicemail box full message. For any company looking for a shipping services from this company, STAY AWAY!!!

    This company is a scam. They attempt delivery without providing proof they were even at my building. Their customer service is practically nonexistent and after much trouble, I reached them by both phone and email to give them my buildings private access code since they were alleging they couldnt access the building then still said they couldnt access the building and would be sending my package back to the vendor. If you check their Yelp and TikTok pages, every review and comment is the same. They should not be handling packages.
