Excellent service, great/excellent staff ***** and ****** "shared time" helping me resolve my login issue since I changed email address and got a new phone number when I bought a new phone. They were great. Highly recommend Optery to "get away" from the web!

Let me preface by stating, for a few reasons, I tend to be quite skeptical. After some research, I chose Optery. I have literally just started using the service. The initial results look promising. Equally important for me is the customer service. They have been responsive and were able to solve an issue, that I created by accident, inside 24 hours. Have been so pleased that I am signing up another account. They have exceeded my expectations thus far. Will follow up after a few months.Optery

At the beginning of Septemberi was in a terrible fix. I had all kinds of trouble with fraud, identity theft and each day the pile of chaos kept getting deeper and deeper. I tried finding someone to help me clear an overwhelming amount of compounding issues. I had to have contacted at least 10 companies that claimed they could do the job, none of them even came close to hear the problems I was dealing with. This is about when Optery came into the picture. With all the irons I had inthe fires, I was the only one getting burnt. Over a few days, I received another notice from Optery. They're presentation was near flawless. Even though I am a novice at the internet, I had been a tradesman and knew a professional when I saw one. With all of the fraudulent promises, and product I felt that this was going to be a keeper. My instincts were right, OPTERY came through miraculously, with barely a casual first discussion they came through they came through with their promises and so much more. I want to thank them publicly for them bringing me back my life, and my confidence. Optery has restored my faith that there are truly heroes in this world.
