      I hired the offices of Bill LaTour after seeing his commercial claiming he is both an attorney *** a psychologist, supposedly giving him an edge over the competition. What they fail to tell you is that his firm is so immensely large, that not only does he personally have nothing to do with your case, but you will be bounced around thru 10 different "assistants" (never an attorney), who none of which have any professional legal experience on how to advise someone. Not only have they made numerous errors with paperwork, but I myself had to initiate both appeals due to their incompetence and lack of urgency. Trust me, DO NIT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I have had to many months added to my wait due to them not following up or returning my calls. This last month I have called *** left 3 separate urgent voicemails explaining I need to speak with an attorney immediately, as well as 3 additional text messages stating the urgency of needing to speak with someone. Going on three weeks now, and still not a single reply or callback. Take my word for it, when firms only care about money *** getting as many possible cases as possible, you will not EVER get the personal attention you deserve. I wish I knew more about the process when I started, as I could've saved myself so much time and dissapointment. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY if you're serious about trying to receive professional help, because you WILL NOT GET IT.

      For those who feel there having a good experience with these guys. Give it time you'll change your mind later as your case gets longer and longer and nothing positive happens..unless **** is paying you to put a fake review.

      I would highly recommend that nobody ever uses this so called Law Office!!
      They are without a doubt the most corrupt, incompetent,immoral,untrustworthy organization that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
      If you enjoy getting RIPPED OFF then by all means hire Dr.Bill LaTour’s Law Firm!!!

      I thought that they would do right. Since 2019. Had a hearing May 2021. Judge denied claim. Had Heart Attack June 2021. I called and told them. Nov 2021 during Angiogram at Cedar Sinai my main artery spasms on table 95% blocked. Found out for sure I was mis diagnosed. Called again to let them know. I had a hearing February 2022 and they never informed me. I called them in March 2022 to find out that the hearing has passed and denied. They didn't have any of my mental health records or Updated medical information. I had maybe a week to try and appeal but it was impossible. This sent me into deep depression. I just started the process again. My mental health provider is helping me now. They screwed me Big time.

      I am trying to contact Dr B******** because I have worked on my own case for almost a year. I talked with my disability worker and she has been giving me all the information. I can not get in touch with my lawyer, the lawyers office never responds to my calls. They left one message and the number that was left was only 6 numbers not 7. Can someone give me information on what to do

      Several years back I went through the filing process using Bill LaTour’s firm, but I lost. To their credit they did file appeals to have more consideration for my case to be approved. Ultimately it wasn’t enough. To bring the bad to light: it really didn’t seem as though they took too much emphasis on each individual. I’m almost certain it’s not overly staffed with lawyers, seeing as they lack reaching out to keep you informed, it doesn’t help. Wasn’t really instructed on exactly what was needed for each stage of the process. And in the beginning no situation readiness was brought forth. Not even so much as a brief synopsis as to what responses may be needed depending on what and how the meeting/interview will transpire.

      They kept me apprised of what was going on in my case. The attorney they assigned to handle my matter contacted me the day before they hearing. He did a good job asking me probative questions at the hearing and I have every reason to believe I will be awarded disability.
      I was surprised to read so many negative reviews. I have nothing bad to say about Bill LaTour's office.
