      Horrible experience. Can't understand how this company is BBB rated at an A+. Guess money can buy anything.

      Dr. Bill LaTour, psychologist and attorney? Really terrible subpar experience. Virtually no customer service or even competent message taking. Granted this was during part of the pandemic but these account managers or whatever they call them, will listen to your message and then call you back with an answer that is not very helpful. I read good reviews but I don't believe anybody who works for this firm has ever reached out to the client. I never spoke to a real live attorney, not even once! I was so overwhelmed with my sickness and all the changes that I didn't have the presence of mind to dispute what this firm was paid out of my social security disability award. I can confidently say they had no hand in winning my case. No one ever reached out to me and I never spoke to an actual attorney. What an embarrassment as a law firm. I have no idea what kind of qualifications the people who answer the phones have. I'm not trying to be ugly but it didn't seem like they were very skilled or knew much about law. I don't think it's right and I think it's false advertising to say that they'll win my case and they'll work with me. I was pretty much ignored for over a year and I paid out of my pocket to get my medical records, scan and send them over and that's when things started to move forward but again, it was all directly from my actions. The money they collected from me was definitely not earned and I just wish I had the presence of mind to contest the fee they charged me and have them list any actions they took on my behalf. Heed my warning stay away from this law firm. You will save yourself money and a lot of grief.

      I was told Bill L***** was highly recommended. I hired him as my attorney. The attorney who I was in contact with about my case was not the one who represented me on my court date. He knew nothing about my case and didn't ask any questions. Sadly, when it came to my court date. I lost my case. I was highly disappointed.
