      We had Service Quick come to repair our Samsung refrigerator twice and the refrigerator is still not working. They refuse to reimburse the $216 I paid them last week. I would like to be reimbursed for this $216.

      I have a samsung refrigerator that I bought in 2018, the refrigerator is no longer under warranty but the compressor has a 10 year warranty. I called samsung about the refrigerator/freezer not cooling at all and they said that it would need to be diagnosed by their authorized repair service before they could make the repair which was fine with me, the authorized repair service is a company named Service Quick Inc. Before they would give me and appointment Service Quick Inc. said that I would need to pay $140 since the refrigerator was no longer under warranty. I paid the $140 to make the appointment on 4/16/25 and they made me an appointment for 4/24/25. The technician came out on 4/24/25 as expected, he only stayed about 5 or 10 minutes and when i can back into the kitchen he had already left, so i called him and asked him what he found he told me that he ordered parts and a compressor and it would only take him a few days to get the parts and I said okay. A couple of hours later I get an email about my ticket #********** being cancelled and the reason was that the unit was working properly which was totally not true and not what the technician told me. This is the local address the company is using.Service Quick *** *************************************************. *****

      Company charged to come out and look at the appliance, decided not to make the repair due to a cosmetic issue on the 1 year old appliance. They know what the issue is but wont complete the repair and left the unit unmounted so it is unsafe and inoperable.

      Service Quick as an authorized vendor to fix appliances for Samsung. Horrible customer **********************, frustrating experience scheduling. They schedule an appointment, no call and no show. When Im able to get someone on the phone/email to inquire about the appointment they say they canceled the appointment because a part didnt come in. They cancel same day with no notification. Ive had to take time off of work and this has happened twice! Third attempt and technician texted he had part and wanted to come a day early. Unfortunately I couldnt make that work, then I get an email the ticket has been canceled because the part is on backorder and offered a refund. I dont want a refund. I just want it fixed!

      I purchased an oven and refrigerator from ********** in April 2019 and was sold a 6 year policy. 1 year of manufacturer warranty and 5 years that would start thereafter. In February of 2024, the oven had issues. When I called Samsung the manufacturer, I was informed this was in warranty and was told to contact **********. I was referred back to Samsung where This was a recall issue and could be repaired constantly. In July of 2025, a repair of the ice maker was set up and completed by your company. In October, the ice maker started to not produce ice as often & dropped ice. In January of 2024, the ice maker produced slush ice, water leaked inside the refrigerator & on the exterior door and ground. The exterior panel has rusted due to water damage. The refrigerator has not cooled properly causing us to throw out food. My son who is 4 has slipped and fallen. I contacted ********** regarding this matter and they indicated that because this repair was done with a Samsung approved company and Samsung, this should be addressed further there. The oven has been replaced through *********** but the technician from your company came on March 8 2025 opened my refrigerator and oven to evaluate both issues. The oven was decided to be replaced by *********** but the claim manger refused to comment on the refrigerator. He stated that the company reached out to me for a repair, but your company contacted me multiple times to cancel as they did not know what to do or I stated a supervisor was supposed to address updates which never happened. He then stated that the repair man was only supposed to evaluate the oven and not the refrigerator so a new appointment needed to happen to evaluate the refrigerator a whole month later. Unfortunately since the tech has come on march 8, the freezer has not cooled properly and caused me to throw out food and shows leakage of juice in the freezer. Additionally, my son has slipped and fallen again.

      I called Samsung to get my refrigerator repaired. There is water under the crisper drawer. They created a ticket on March 4 and told me to call Service Quick. I got them to send a tech out on March 10. He thought the problem was the evaporator cover and a sensor. I ended up paying $417.00 for the call and parts. The next day there was more water under the crisper. I called back and they sent a different tech out. He said the first tech wasn't good at diagnosing trouble and the problem was another part and he will be back on Monday March 17. Nobody showed up on Monday so I called and they said nothing was scheduled. I got them to come out on March 20. This third tech said he needs another man to move the refirgerator out from the wall to install the new part. Monday March 24 is 3 weeks since the first tech came out and it is still not fixed. Now they say they will be back on March 27. They want me to pay an addional $50 for the second tech. When I was 18, I worked for ****** Appliance in ************ and I moved refrigerators by myself all the time. PLEASE HELP ME. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE IN BUSSINESS.

      I have a Samsung refrigerator that needed repairs. Samsung sent the repair ticket to this company, Service Quick, because they are the 3rd party contractor that Samsung sends repairs to in my area. They charged me $140 to drive to my house, which I had to pay up front. Upon arrival to my house the technician tells me he only brought one part and none of the other parts that Samsung agreed to pay for on this ticket. The technician then also told me that each seperate part would need a seperate ticket and seperate appointment, which is not what Samsung told me or the woman who made my appointment for Service Quick. Samsung originally told me all parts would be covered for all the issues we were having, being our model fridge is apart of a current lawsuit for the exact issues we are having. And yet when Service Quick showed up to my house the technician only had one part for the ice maker and nothing else. And told me I would be charged for any other parts needed. This is not what was agreed to when I set and paid for the appointment. So basically I was scammed out of $140 for a technician to show up and not do anything. I want my money refunded. When I called Service Quick to get a refund and explain what happened she refused and I asked for a manager which she also refused to do. I can see why this company has horrible reviews on ******, because they are nothing but a scam.

      I purchased a Samsung refrigerator in July 2024. I have had 5 technicians come out and not resolved. The technician can not tell you until that morning what time. They keep scheduling for appointments after 6 pm and will not put me down for a morning appointment. I have complained to Samsung but they will not help with their service company and will not replace refrigerator because service company is not putting in request.

      I am writing to formally submit a complaint against Service Quick ********* due to their extremely poor service and failure to fulfill their commitments. Below, I have outlined the details of my experience with the company.Details of the Complaint:The washer brought from Samsung has shaking issue and they sent it to the Service Quick to solve the issue.Multiple Failed Appointments: I scheduled an appointment with Service Quick San Diego three times, and each time, they failed to show up or complete the service.Lack of Communication: I called the company more than 20 times, but they either did not answer or provided unhelpful responses.Incomplete Service: On the one occasion when they did show up, the technician briefly checked my washer but did not conduct any meaningful repairs or offer a resolution.Poor Customer **********************: Despite my multiple attempts to get them to complete the service as promised, I received no follow-ups or effort on their part to rectify the situation.

      Unethical bad service. They sent a guy who said he couldnt find a code of anything wrong and remove the screen before we see it, then he told us buy a new one!, I dont think anything is fixable as it didnt show a code. He literally did nothing and left the house.We brought another company and found out the code, we called them again and they asked us to pay for the consultation again!!!Guess what! The mashing was fixable and actually was very easy to fix.We thought to put this review so no one will believe them if they say no code to find or buy a new one. Shameful.
