      This complaint is against Service Quick CSP ************, regarding a recent service order ticket number4178939962. They were sent in by Samsung tech support for a refrigerator that stopped working. I provided with a detailed description of that the problem was including an error code and even told them that this code points towards a faulty compressor. I asked how much this would be and they said they would need to send a guy over to do a thorough inspection of the refrigerator to confirm that that is indeed the problem. We paid the $140 fee for this and waited for the guy to come which was Monday Dec ******. When the guy came, he simply looked at our fridge and said that we need a new compressor.... He did not even touch or examine the fridge other than look at the same screen I provided them with. I felt like I was scammed because there was no "thorough" diagnosis as they said they would do. IF he at least pretended to look at the actual compressor I would not have filed the complaint. I tried calling both Samsung and they told me to contact the third part contractor (Service Quick) to resolve the issue but they were not willing to resolve this in any way including refunding me the $140 fee. After researching this company online, I found numerous poor reviews indicating that they are doing this to many others and I want to make sure that they do not continue scamming other customers.

      Service quick was sent out by Samsung to repair my fridge. They came out several times and damaged my property. I have a trail of emails. This has been on going for MONTHS!They approved a $1000 amount to cover damages November 7th and have yet to send it.Any time I call and question they hang up on me. Its one excuse after another. Its processing. Theirs a delay. Etc etc etc. I was told on the phone last Monday December 2nd I would have the check by Crodga December 6th. That did not happen. Then through email because they refused to give me info or talk to me via phone.They told me they would send it out and send it via *** instead of **** and I would get tracking. That never happened. Called again today. Hung up on. They just keep telling me a supervisor will call me. Ive heard that for MONTHS. Im still waiting on a supervisor to call. As far as I can tell this business is nothing but fraudulent!

      Initial Incident Date 11/12/2024 Our range had been in use for ~2 months before an internal fuse blew during normal use (boiling water). The range is under service warranty. We called Samsung that day, and they sent a repair person through Service Quick six days later. The repair person admitted that they had never replaced a board before and wasn't sure why they sent him for the repair. He did not have the necessary parts to complete the repair, and ordered the appropriate parts.The next ********** arrived eight days later (14 days after initial call), and also did not have the appropriate parts for the repair. He admitted the first ********** had made the problem worse. He ordered new parts and arranged for a third visit.The third ********** arrived seven days later (21 days after initial call), and again did not have the correct parts. He has ordered parts and says someone will come in a week. At that point we will have not had a stovetop or oven for FOUR weeks, and I have no confidence that they will be able to fix it during that visit. We called Samsung this evening to complain, stayed on hold and/or speaking to someone for over an hour, with no resolution.

      I purchased a washing machine from Samsung. There was an issue with the machine that was covered under warranty. They contracted service quick to resolve this issue. The first set of techs did not fix the issue. They said they would be back, but never came back. I then contacted service quick and had to setup a new appointment through Samsung as service quick marked it completed. They then sent techs out that damaged the machine inside and out. They did not put it back together correctly and I have not been able to use it since 10/31. I sent a damage claim to both service quick and Samsung as both said it was the other parties responsibility. There were countless attempts to get a resolution. Both service quick and Samsung are unwilling or unable to get a resolution. Contact with both companies results in conflicting information. There were periods of time that service quick would not respond to a phone call or email. Today I was finally able to talk to someone from service quick that told me there is nothing setup to service the machine even though I was told that Samsung and the damage claim center from service quick setup a repair for Wednesday 12/4/2024. Neither company is willing to resolve this with any kind of urgency. I am trying to remain professional, but this is becoming a bit much for me.

      Service Quick is a subcontractor of Samsung hired to fix warranty issue by Samsung. Service Quick came to fix my one month old tv twice. First time, they brought wrong part. 2nd visit they brought wrong part again. On the way into condo complex, subcontractor decided to blow by the security personnel at the front gate. Gate notified me while subcontractor was still there. One employee denied that anything happened but other employee confirmed interaction at gate.Condo has fined me $100 because I notified them that Service Quick was coming to the gate. Obviously I had not advised Service Quick to blow through gate. Tv still not fixed or replaced

      On 10/24/24 I made a call to Samsung because my ice machine was not producing ice. They said no problem were going to send a technician to your house on 10/29/24. Samsung then proceeded to call service Quick and book the appointment for us. On October 29, we had a technician stop by our house by the name of **** *****. He came into our home and began inspecting our refrigerator/freezer. There was nothing wrong with our refrigerator/freezer except for it was not producing ice. When **** came into the house, he yanked apart the ice compartment and broke it. As soon as he broke it, he put it back together with electrical tape. He said this is unrepairable. Dont worry Samsung is going to reach out to you in a couple of days and theyre going to replace it. **** also said that now that its broken its going to start at some point not cooling. My refrigerator/freezer was not broken. I should not be replacing a refrigerator that is running perfectly fine. The only thing that was wrong was that it was not producing Ice.I have tried several times to reach out to service quick to talk to a supervisor, but they will not and I repeat will not let us speak to a supervisor. They will not call us back, we have been told within 24 hours we will receive a phone call. Today is November 13 and we still have not gotten a single call from them. Bottom line is Samsung is willing to give us half off of a new refrigerator, but they need to get in touch with Service Quick in order to pay for the other half. Service Quick will not return any of our calls and they will Not Own up to breaking the refrigerator/freezer. We have called repeatedly and asked over and over again to speak to a supervisor and have gotten to nobody yet. Please help. My refrigerator/freezer was not broken before **** entered my home. Please help. These guys have terrible customer ********************** and they actually hung up on us twice already. You have to understand our frustration that our refrigerator was not broken.

      Technician came today to repair my range. Any question I had he was irritated, and told me that ring on my range couldnt work better. I had issue with temperature. Couldnt adjust temperature it was always high. Regardless of turning to lowest temp. He was unprofessional and couldnt answer my question. I called representative on the phone and when he start yelling at me and said you do not trust me and that will not my stove now. He left my house. When I reported it they refused to send other technician. They transfer me to Samsung company telling them that I was calling names technician. I had previously technician for my refrigerator and give him excellent review. They are refusing to fix it or to give refund. It is 7 yrs old stove

      Refund Request - $140 for Unrendered Service I am filing this complaint regarding my ongoing issue with ServiceQuick. I have made multiple attempts to reach out via phone and email over the past several weeks, but have received no response from their team.A few months ago, I scheduled a service with ServiceQuick (3rd party working through Samsung) to repair the compressor on my refrigerator. At the time of scheduling, I was told by the initial representative that I would need to pay a $140 visit charge upfront, which would be refunded once the technician confirmed that the compressor was under warranty. The $140 charge hit my credit card on 8/16/24.The technician who came to inspect the fridge confirmed that it was indeed the compressor, which was still covered under the Samsung warranty. However, they were unable to complete the repair due to previous damage caused by a Best Buy representative. (we first went through Geek Squad repair and they pointed us to go to Samsung after their inspection.)Despite the technician's assurance that I would receive a refund for the $140, no action has been taken by ServiceQuick. I have tried calling and emailing multiple times without any response.I kindly request that the $140 visit charge be refunded as promised. If I do not hear back from ServiceQuick soon, I will be left with no choice but to pursue further action, including legal recourse. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
