      Service Quick came out to repair my Samsung Gas Cooktop. The service guy dropped the cooktop and broke my brand new granite countertop. I filed a claim and they told me they did not believe the service tech did it, even though I AND he had before and after pictures. So I had to pay several thousand dollars to replace my countertop. I sued them, but the company is in ********** and they just ignored my suit. I received a judgement against them and they refuse to pay. This has gone beyond ridiculous and outright criminal.Do NOT buy their extended warranty and for sure do NOT let them into your home.

      Absolutely awful. My grandmother was in need of a repair for her washing machine. Had a Samsung certified business come out, who diagnosed the issue, but was unable to fix it, because they said it was put together incorrectly, and they couldn't open up the machine to replace the parts. Samsung told me they'd have one of their technicians come out, to confirm, and if it was indeed faulty, they'd replace it. So, they send this outfit, Service quick, which i believe is an extension of Samsung? The techs get out of the van, and immediately say, "We are sorry about the inconvenience, but we are unable to perform any work today, as the parts haven't arrived." What parts? This is the first time they came out to diagnose. I proceed to show the techs the notes from the prior company, and showed them how they said the machine was locked up. The tech continued to spin the washer manually 4 times, and said, "There is something else going on with it." That was the "diagnosis. The entire point of this visit, was for them to come out, and CONFIRM, that yes indeed, the unit is locked up. The technicians didn't even bring a screwdriver into the house. They charged my Grandmother $140, for NOTHING. They even ordered parts prior to coming out, without diagnosing, based on what I said when I originally called in. Fraud. I will be spreading the word about Samsung and this outfit.

      The compressor went out on my Samsung frig. I've had it for 2 1/2 years. It has a sticker that the compressor is guaranteed for 10 years. It was replaced on October 17 2023 by "Service Quick" for a charge $200.00 for labor.. Now 8 months later the same thing happened. Called them to repair or replace the compressor they want to charge me another $200.00. They don't stand by their work. So if it goes out again in another few months the charges will continue

      Worst company ever. Tech came to fix tv. **** if off the wall mount and when he came back, he said he couldnt put the tv back on because a bolt was stripped. He took it off the mount. Kicked him out of the house. No wonder this company gets bad reviews all over the countey

      Called and set up an appointment for a refrigerator repair through Samsung. This company is an authorized service provider of Samsung. I took a day off work to have them come and perform this service. They were supposed to call before arriving, which they never did. The customer ********************** rep who I called to ask when they were going to be here said the technician showed up at 9 and nobody was home. I know my doorbell works and was sitting 10 feet from the door so I would have noticed. The customer ********************** rep then essentially accused me of lying about being home. Now I have to take another day off work to solicit another company to come repair it tomorrow. Worst service experience i've ever had with a company.

      If a review of a zero was able to be given that would be given today. Horrible customer ********************** and the technician that came to my home was extremely arrogant and rude! I actually asked him to leave my home but he told me he had to put the part in before he left. He made me very uncomfortable and the other gentleman that was with him was trying to call me down by writing me little notes here and there telling me that the repair is free you're not paying for it it's okay it'll all be okay. Well you know what it was not, and it never is okay to have a technician in your home making you uncomfortable as a female.Multiple phone calls, emails, text messages to get the documentation on the scope of work that was done on my Samsung refrigerator. I was informed by another company that refused to do any types of repairs that there have been multiple lawsuits and the refrigerator that I own. We both spoke to Samsung directly in regards to what was going on with the refrigerator and they only took care of replacing the ice maker and a few minor parts that had to do with the ice maker. Unfortunately there still is a larger scope that needed to be addressed. When I finally was able to get through to somebody they had explained that the technician wrote down the scope of work that was needed and unfortunately I had to pay out of pocket for these parts. I have been waiting several weeks to find out about this. Still awaiting a quote and phone call back on the scope of work that needs to be done. I will never buy another Samsung product again, I never want to deal with the poor service that I have received from this company ever again. I am hoping not to have the issues that the others are having that have filed lawsuits.

      Hello ******, We thank you for your feedback and are deeply sorry for any miscomunication. Samsung provided you with a one time ext for the ice maker only. Anything other than the ice maker issue would be out of warranty. Please be advised that the cost for repair based on the inspection is: $221 for the parts and $220 for the labor.       The absolute worst company. Absolutely nothing quick or serviceable about them. Going on 2 months with a broken appliance, and they keep sending people out to just look at it to verify that it is indeed broken. These people verify that and then they make yet another appointment to have someone maybe come fix it. DONT BUY A WARRANTY THRU THIS COMPANY - IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY!
