I had a solar array system installed in March of 2019. In November of 2020, the system stopped working. I reached out several times by phone and email, but it took until February 2021 for anyone to even schedule a technician to diagnose the problem. The company finally fixed the problem, after 4 months, but made noe offer to compensate me for electricity costs during those months, in spite of the fact that I was paying for solar service that didn't function during that time. Now, my system has not been collecting energy since July 2022, and I have received no responses to my attempts to contact the company via email or phone. Their main number does not connect, and the other numbers are disconnected. The service department mailbox was full the one time I was able to get through. I finally reached an extension that connected with a voicemail box, and I left a message in September, but I have heard nothing back since then. It is now November. I have sent several emails, which have also gotten no response. I live in the Coachella Valley. My outstanding electric bill is over $1000 since the system became inactive in July, despite the fact that I have been paying <$300 a month for my solar panels during that time. I will be contacting an attorney soon to begin proceedings for breach of contract for failure to maintain the system that is still under warranty. I have run out of ways to attempt to contact the company.

I contracted to have Solar installed, signing in Sept 2021. Please note, that nothing occurred the way their salesperson claims it would. They installed the panels on my roof in Dec 2021, but could not get an inspector to come out, so they were going to come out in a few weeks. In March 2022 I called the company about the wait and was told they were still seeking inspectors. In June 2021 I called and asked why they forgot me. In July 2021 the company finally came out, got me hooked up, and found an inspector. However, the equipment they installed is old, as the Vendor does not support the software anymore. So I have only had solar service since 8/15/2022, but since the antennae were not working, the app where you can see the solar collection in real-time did not work and they could not monitor, so they had to send out another worker. The only option that the worker had to facilitate the antennae was to hardwire to my router. There was no mention of additional cost PRIOR to them coming out to make the equipment operate, but the following day, on August 24 I was sent a 2100 bill to pay for the hard wiring. I refused to pay this as this is all part of the initial installation as far as I am concerned and I was not notified there would be a cost. Sunergy Construction refused to swallow the bill so they are coming next week to REMOVE the hardwiring. Their financial agent had the nerve to try to bully me into paying this. I was forgotten for 7 months. I wish I never contracted with them.

I have reached out to Ms. ***** for copies of three months electricity that she would like reimbursed.

I am rejecting this response because:
I mean I am grateful for the part about reimbursing utility bills, and yes an agent reached out to me by email this morning. I have a concern about the equipment.  Can they get me an invertor that does not need to be hardwired?  I feel like Im getting second rated equipment, that I am not going to have services because the software isnt being supported , because the equipment is old/

This company installed my solar panels on 7/28/2020. I was told I would be able to monitor there energy production and only pay pge for gas. After the installation I asked if the panels were working and was told they were on and working. Two months later I noticed my page bill had not changed in price so I called synergy. I was told the paperwork had not been completed with pge, but they would take care of it. A week later I received an email saying the work was completed and I could turn the panels on. I turned on the switches and thought they were working. After the first year I received a $500.00 true up from pge. I asked others I knew that had solar about it and they said they also get those and that it was probably so high because everyone was home during the covid lock down. All this time my monthly pge bill went up not down. On 5/7/2022 I contacted the company again after a week of leaving multiple messages a day they finally called me back. I told them I didn't think my panels were working. They asked me to go out and look at the lights on the box, they were all flashing. I was told there is something wrong and they would send out a technician. The following week the technician came out and told us the software was never set up, so the panels were doing nothing for over a 1 & 1/2 years. After the first month I noticed a difference in my pge bill. I contacted the company and asked for some type of reimbursement for all the money I paid out, 100 a month to finance the panels the pge charge and true up fees. They told me to send in all my pge bills since the panels were installed. After a month of waiting to hear back I emailed again there reply was that they had no way to find out how much my panel should have produced since they were not set up in the monitoring portal which I was told I would be able to monitor them but was not and still can not monitor them.
