      A great experience! This isn't our first time purchasing a home and using a mortgage company, but this is the first time it was rather easy. This team is very organized and thorough. They are with you every step of the way and pretty much available at all times for questions. They are not only very knowledgeable but everyone on the team we worked with was so very pleasant. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for real estate loans!

      We loved our loan officer, but we had an interesting experience with the underwriters. We found out the underwriters were not located in the state we bought a home in and we were required to do the requirements of the state that the underwriters were in. This effected us 10 days before closing, there was a concern on our home that the appraiser mentioned in their report. This then caused us to have to quickly find a structural engineer which was an extra and unexpected cost (since the state we live in does not typical require this.) This all happened after our option period and we were told to go back to the sellers if anything was found on the structural engineer report and ask for more money. We felt this was very inappropriate and it caused a lot of last minute frustration.
