The app itself is actually great. The customer ************************* department knocks the rating way down. The first agent gaslit me and sent me on a wild goose chase about an email in which Experian offered a discount. She swore it was a "phishing" scam, but it was a legit email that they sent. And she refused to honor the discount that was offered in the email. She transferred me to another department, and the guy swore that he would be able to offer a yearlong subscription for $200. Then he input my debit card info and charged me $270! I had to laugh to keep from crying. To his credit, he apologized and immediately reversed the charge, with the help of his supervisor. I decided to cancel the paid plan altogether.I currently have the free plan, but I'm so turned off by my customer ********************** experience, that I'll likely go to another service entirely. Which is unfortunate, because I really did enjoy the app. Adding insult to injury, the app NOW has an alert for the discount I wanted in the first place! Ugh. Get it together, Experian.

Experian is the scum of the earth. They said to increase your credit rating, link your utility bills. It actually does the opposite. All utility companies send the **** early enough to have time to scrape-up the funds. If you normally submit your payment early, you usually get a boost in your credit score. If you submit your payment later than usual, but still before due date, your credit score goes down and like ******* said, youre more likely to win the Noble Peace Prize and an ***** on the same day than speak with anyone in Customer **********************.

Horrible customer ********************** and record keeping. Have spent the better part of 3 days trying to fix an issue on their end and have yet to be able to speak with a human. For some reason, Experian has my social security number associated with another man born in ****, 20+ years my elder, and a different name. For a company that has had massive security breaches in the past, who know why its internal data is so poor.
