    Cancelled a Pre-order of mine after holding it for one year saying they couldn't get stock, even though I preordered the item the day it went up on the website!Then, they just cancelled another pre-order of mine saying they had a pricing error and advising me to re-order at the correct price!WHICH I CANT DO AS THE **** IS SOLD OUT EVERYWHERE! This company is awful and doesn't care about their customers at all!DO NOT order from them as you will recieve damaged box pos incorrectly packaged (Had that happen to), or not get your pre-orders at all as they can't be trusted!

    I am sorry to hear that there has been some issues with cancelled products.

     

    I can advise as per our terms and conditions we will cancel products where a pricing error occurs.  On checking PIAB account I can see that credit has been added as a goodwill gesture.

    I've been dealing with trying to get a damaged item exchanged from pop in a box for over 3 months now

    Had an order with Pop-In-A-Box and asked a question about changing an address for an order. Just asked a question. They send a response telling me the order has been cancelled. I never asked for it to be cancelled, just asked if the shipping address might be able to be updated. The items I ordered were no longer available and they said there was nothing they could do as the order has been cancelled. I asked numerous time why they couldn't re-instate the order or do anything to change it, but they just state it has been cancelled and there is nothing I can do.

    I am sorry to hear that the products were cancelled from the order.  We are unable to reinstate an order and currently we do not have stock of the cancelled products.

    pop in a box had an item for pre-sale. I bought it in 12/2020 and I been waiting for almost 2 years I finally requested a refund and they 1st try to lie and say I had not paid for the item and then when I send proof of the payment they said they can not cancel the purchase. Now they are back to asking for proof of purchase even though they have they proof. I been going back and forth with this business for so many purchases. They steel your money and they do not give you the items. ******

    I made a pre-orders purchase in February when items were first listed.Items should have arrived I emailed CS Was told they had stock deficiency Asked how that's possible for a pre-order Was told "first come, first served"I *WAS* one of the first orders I hate being lied to I hate having my money/items stolen/held hostage I hate being treated like a dumb inferior (I get enough s*** for my skin color)They are currently hitting all three of my buttons and not providing a resolution
