I purchased 2 *************************** concert tickets for my son's 18 birthday on 5/29/22 in the amount of $200.47 and was promised numerous times that the tickets would be emailed to me today 7/30/22 but they were not and the concert is tomorrow night.It is my understanding that Tickets-Center.Com is a third party sales but my transaction was made through them and there has never been another seller information given to me. Only assurance from this company that my tickets would be delivered on this date. I am a single, disabled mother that saved this money solely for these concert tickets to be my son's birthday gift. Please either deliver the tickets to us or refund me.Business Response

We have determined that *********** has incorrectly identified Tickets.com as the vendor for her transaction.The complaint identifies Tickets-Center.com as the vendor for the transaction bringing about this complaint. Tickets.com has no affiliation with Tickets-Center.com and has not participated in the sale of tickets for this particular transaction.

We purchased tickets in 2019 for *********************** concert in May *****. The original concert was cancelled due to COVID and the subsequent dates were cancelled as well. We received an email stating we would be refunded and we have yet to receive the refund. It was for approximately $320 and have requested the amount from my bank.Business Response

We believe that ********** has incorrectly identified Tickets.com as the vendor for his transaction. Tickets.com did not have *********************** tickets on sale at the time and it does not appear that Tickets.com participated in the sale of tickets for this particular transaction. If ********** believes this is incorrect, can he provide additional information regarding the transaction including the following:
- The name of the venue
- The exact date and time of the event
- The exact date that the tickets were purchased
- An order confirmation number that would have been provided and if possible,the order confirmation email
In the event ********** cannot provide additional information regarding the transaction showing that Tickets.com did indeed participate in the sale of the tickets in question, Tickets.com respectfully requests that the complaint be closed.Initial Complaint

First, thanks to BBB for your help before I my case, but I dont have results because is impossible receive my money from. tickets master. All the time they refer me to show which account the money should go ***** now it wont let me submit because I did that since 6/15/22, and I have the record in my checking account. Tickets master play with the money of costumers delaying refunds. If they have problem with direct deposit, they can send to me a checkThis is a shame and for sure they lost a client. Purchased tickets for ******************* concert one year in advance. Was charged ****** for tickets. Never received confirmation or tickets. All I have is my credit card statement either charges. Please help. When I called customer support, they said they have no record and to call the venue, which I did and they said they have no record as well. I contacted the company to let them know I had gotten an email confirming a purchase but did not make the purchase. They told me they could not help because their authorization department showed it to be a good purchase. They advised me to dispute through the credit card company instead of just cancelling the order.Business Response

Can the customer provide some additional information regarding the transaction?
- The name of the venue
- The date and time of the event
- The date that the tickets were purchased
- An order confirmation number that would have been provided and if possible,the order confirmation email
