      I ordered tickets in Oct 2019 from this company. I paid the credit card **** as soon as it came in the next month. I saved all my receipts I have an order number my credit card payment statement and everything. I have been trying to get in contact with this company for a week now to make sure I recieve my tickets in time for the concert in 2 weeks. Its literally IMPOSSIBLE. All generic emails that return yours and when I do call am on hold for hours. NEVER AGAIN

      I purchased 2 ******* tickets that required a download to enter and show the image to scan. I did that at home prior to the event but it did not stay on my phone. Checking into the concert attempted to download the tickets again but would not to 3 different emails. I complained they said it was the location and they would do nothing to reimburse unused tickets .They should have told me this prior to the purchase! **************** was never helpful. Do Not Use Them!

      I purchased tickets for a show and performer. The show was cancelled and a totally different performer was scheduled. Their policy even states this is a violation of the contract. They have refused to refund me for my tickets. I have been contacting tickets.com for a week. Every time I am told it is still under investigation. Their response is that they are waiting for the venue to confirm this. I have also stayed in contact with the venue and promoter and they have stated they have heard nothing from tickets.com. This is a bait and switch sales. Absolutely illegal. I am now getting hung up on when I call to get status of investigation. Do Not Do Business with Tickets.com.
