  The word that keeps coming up is SCAM. This description could not be more true. I bought tickets for a play that I believed I'd brought from the theater. Imagine my surprise when I received my credit card statement and saw that I'd been charged more than DOUBLE the price I believed I was paying. When I called Ticket.Com and spoke with an agent, I was told that there was an $85 service fee plus other fees. The cost of the ticket was $90. The double charging was so infuriating. What made dealing with them even harder was the customer service. The guy with whom I was dealing kept going back to his script. When I asked to speak with someone higher up in the decision chain, he refused to transfer me to anyone. He indicated that HE WAS THE FINAL DECISION MAKER. This organization is UNETHICAL. I can see if I knew the terms of the transaction and said "Oh that's okay--I'll spend double the money that I expect to pay." The challenge is that you are not told these terms until AFTER you have purchased the tickets!!It is disappointing to know that there is a company like Ticket.Com that really preys on people. I'm trying to think of where else on social media that I can speak out and warn people about this predatory firm. I think I can use this interaction in the business school where I teach a course on managing organizations. Perfect case of slimy behavior that I'd never want our students to display.

  Do not buy tickets from Tickets.com. This is a gangster scam company where they make enormous profits on the original website publish prices from companies like Ticketmaster who is also guilty for transferring customer information to this terrible company. You get no customer service, no refund or credit from ************ or Tickets.com. They trick you into thinking you're dealing with ************ and you've been transferred and overcharged without your permission. You cannot speak with a live person. Horrific!

  Dont buy tickets from them. They trick you and dont show the actual total for the tickets. Then you get charged an exorbitant amount. $2400! I called them immediately after the purchase went on my credit card and even though it was still a pending charge they refused to refund. And then they never sent me the tickets. They buy up a bunch of tickets to your local shows and then there are no tickets left from the regular vendor.

  Do not purchase tickets from this vendor! I spent over $1,500 on tickets and was unable to attend due to unknown covid policies. The email with the tickets detailed everything but covid policies. When we couldn't attend, money was refunded back to the original owners but not to us.

  Total SCAM overpriced. It makes it appear as you are dealing directly with certain venues. It popped right up as if I was dealing w the venue. I over paid by 300 bucks for two tickets. Stay away from this site.

  I am a senior citizen who bought tickets on line for a production of the ***************************** I went to tickets.com to make the purchase. I was charged $296.95 for two tickets to the matinee performance of the Cirque. Soiree. ** was told to pick up the tickets at the window. When I did, the tickets were marked $35. plus $4. service charge. Had the tickets been marked $150. each, I would have been fine. But to pay $218. over the fair amount is complete robbery. No service charge is that high. I called and spoke with a senior representative who said it was a final sale that I agreed upon. I asked to contact the *** of the company and was given incorrect information for, in fact, there is no way to contact anyone within the organization. I feel as if tickets.com stole money from me. There is a way to purchase tickets directly from the **** I will never use tickets.com again. It is a complete scam.

  I think they are a total SCAM!!Was trying to order tickets at local event and some how, they appeared on website. Thought was buying through local venue, only to be scammed ($35 dollar tickets for $200). Watch out for ***************************** if that is actually your name. Scammers!!!

  Absolute trash. Has kept 667.50$ from me since April 2020 with constant excuses and 3-5 business quotes times over and over! Do not buy from this company!

  Ordered tickets 5 months in advance and it is 2 hous before the concert and I am still waiting to receive an email with my tickets. Called them yesterday and 5 times today and still no tickets. I paid $600 for 2 tickets and all they can say is keep checking your emails. The concert starts in 2 hours and it takes ********* to get there. Do not buy tickets from this site! They claim we would get our tickets 24 hours in advance and we got nothing. We better get our money back but seems as if they give you a hard time. This site should be shut down.
