      Man, huge shoutout to *****, he's been super professional and helpful. Has followed up with me numerous times to ensure I have everything I need. Also gave me tons knowledge of how to maintain my printer and different tips. Patient, observant and super helpful. If your lucky enough to work with *****, you'll be in good hands, cant wait to get printing!

      **** and team really helped us figure out what was going on with our printer, it was a long process due to our location but we were met with patience and professionalism every step of the way. We are even considering upgrading because we know we can trust this company with customer service. They are reliable people who understand the products they are selling.

      I was very unhappy with my RICOH 1000 DTG printer that I bought from Garment Ink. They were helpful at first but then they stopped taking my calls. I didn't know what to do. All I was told was that they couldn't help me, that I had to buy a new printer head. I didn't want to spend that much money. But after I contacted RICOH, it was like night and day. They were very helpful, especially ***************************, who went above and beyond to help me fix my machine. I did end up buying a printer head but ****************** helped me with setting up everything and even followed up to make sure everything was working properly. I recommend that if you have a problem with your printer that you contact RICOH directly. I couldn't be happier with ****************** who was able to assist me both in Spanish and English and took the time to patiently explain to me exactly what I needed to do. She is a great asset to the company.

      Great machine but the customer service is absolutely horrible. Not only did it take over 2 weeks to come to a conclusion to resolve my technical help request the representative showed absolutely no empathy whatsoever. Meanwhile I'm being told to purchase a new part due to an issue that arose during the process I was walked through to fix my technical issue. The new part is over $2200 btw this is less than a year and a half of having the Ri1000. After a week of asking "what should I do next" ******* finally responded with -buy another part.
