      We've been beyond impressed with the equipment and customer service/tech support team. In just the first year our business grossed over six figured in DTG printed goods and our customers love the quality of the prints. We recently added a second printer to our business to keep up with the demand. Thank you Ricoh DTG!

      I had to replace my carriage due to low humidity and the white heads clogging up. Ricoh sent the replacement carriage (under warranty), I replaced the carriage with a online meeting with the tech, it was a very user friendly installation. At this point in time I have nothing negative to say.

      I wouldnt recommend this garment printer ink or Ricoh products to my worst enemy. They are quick to take your money but after that good luck. The machine ran possibly 2 months out of a full year, they send parts and expect the customer to waste time, ink and money resolving the issues, when clearly most machines from Ricoh are lemons. Once you get close to the end of your warranty they find any excuse to not help you or fix the problem. I cant think of a worse company to work with or a worse product to buy. Not to mention when you do reach out for help it takes anywhere from a week for a month for them to respond. RUN AWAY!

      I am a 60 year old school teacher in a small district. We put together a team that did research on chose to purchase a Ricoh **** DTG printer, and have never had such horrible customer service in my life. I had a rep that my students and I both spoke with on several occasions and she was most helpful. She recommended many extra items we needed to purchase, and assured us we print around 400 shirts printed with one set of cartridges. She explained NOTHING about the cleaning cartridges, nor the fact that the ink is constantly being used. Once our, assistance from our rep was OVER. Initially, when I called with a question/problem, I was told that our warranty was null and void due to the printer being turned off on a certain date. The date in question was a Sunday, and no one was at school then. We ended up purchasing a new carriage return and we were able to print less than 50 shirts before we had multiple problems once again. Because we are in different time zones, we had an absolutely horrid time trying to coordinate schedules so that we could, in fact, get some customer service. As a school teacher, I need to talk when I can, and with time zone difference, NO ONE was available to help. Our down time was more than a week each time we needed help. By the end of last year, we had turned away many print jobs. I got information that we could turn off our printer over the summer, which we did. Upon our school year starting back up, we fired up our printer and it hasn't worked for one second this school year. When I got ahold of customer service (finally), I was told I needed another new carriage return. From that time forward, I have written a lengthy letter to management and sent it TWICE. Now it is ******* and I have never heard from a single person. I would NEVER recommend such a place for anyone to use! We have approximately $20,000 in equipment that is unusable and our school district is not one that can afford to lose this type of money not to mention business.

      Fast to take your money but never answer Have been waiting months to get an answer, but they are quick to have accounting send an invoice. It's amazing how techs are always out of the office for days. They say they will get back to you next day, they NEVER do. When you email, they NEVER respond. Stuck with an machine that doesn't work and may never work again due to how long they take to get back to you. At this point I feel they should fix it for free for all the time wasted and games they have played. Sitting for 4 months there's bound to be carriage problems now. Not cool Ricoh. Company loved our cash when we paid in FULL. Yet have techs play Let Me Guess What's Wrong with Your Machine and then ghost you. This machine has literally caused massive loss of money, sales and peace.

      I purchased a $25,000 Ri**** about 18 months ago. We had a 1 year warranty on it and during that time had to have the maintenence station replaced. At 15 months with less than **** prints on it our printer has completely stopped working. I have replaced maintenence station. The *** board and done every other suggestion.Ricoh does not have techs to service your printers. They expect you to do it with video calls and emails. Their customer service is one of the worst I have ever had. I have asked for recommendations on ************* in the area I can hire to come service this printer since they have none. They have no recommendations. I am not a printer tech. I am an esthetician. So now my $25,000 printer is just sitting there powered off whe I still pay on it. This is a buyer beware situation. Unless you are a printer tech or no one. Stay clear of Ricoh.

      Excellent Tech Support Team and assistance above and beyond. I bought my Ri1000 directly from Ricoh, almost a year ago. In the beginning there was so much to know and learn in order to properly take care of the Ri1000. Over the past year, almost (10 months into this) Ricoh Support Team has always been there with little phone wait for a tech to take your call. Above and Beyond by providing additional support on color setting in ****************** for ********* so I could get the most out of my Ri1000 for various projects! They've been here for phone support, live video chat support and troubleshooting by using teamview to take over my computer and train me. I cannot say enough about this team. My Ri1000 is running beautifully and knowledge is KEY! Thank you so much!
