      I want to thank ******* and Ricoh for always being there when needed. My machine has been working for long time with little to no issues. This Ri1000 machine had help growing my business successfully. I recommend this printer to other people.

      The RI2000 has been awesome. There were a few hiccups, but nothing that wasn't easily remedied. Getting a warranty issue completed took more time than I thought it should, but it came through in the end.

      They do not stand behind their product. Maintenance on the printer is a full time job and white ink clogs regularly even when following recommended procedures. For the price of the printer you would expect a better quality product I would recommend looking elsewhere for a dtg printer.

      Dont buy these products they sell you a product its defective and they wont send you another one to replace it and they give you a crazy story. They ruined my printer that was working by selling me a bad part . now they wont help me keep away and throwing out my printer!!!!

      The techs ***** and ******* were great at helping with my installation of my carriage. They were very patient and respectful, an all out great experience. They made the task very simple for me. Thanks again to you both

      im really feeling some type of way. I purchased the RI2000 9 months ago and have had problems from day one. I spent $30000 on this printer with ricoh and have only printed 60 shirts the whole time it was up and running. These printers are lemons and need to be discontinued. It is down as of today and is clogged on the white heads. *** spent so much money and time trying to make it work did everything by the book and still ended up not working. At this point i really just want my money back because its a money the longer i keep. Thank you

      ******* (the Ricoh Technician) was amazing to work with. He guided me (step by step) in replacing our carriage and the ink supply unit. ******* was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and friendly. My Ri2000 prints beautifully again. We are looking forward to purchasing our 2nd Ri2000 from Ricoh in the very near future. If you are planning to purchase a DTG Printer, only purchase it directly from Ricoh. We purchased ours from Garment Printer Ink and their Tech Support is lacking. After almost 2 weeks GPI finally turned our issue over to Ricoh so we could get our printer back up and running. Also, make sure you keep up with the daily maintenance. These printers are worth the money you pay for them.Ricoh - THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!
