I finally decided to sell/transfer my timeshare at the ******** and contacted the Centerstone group. They walked me through the process of transferring a timeshare and then I signed the paperwork and paid the fee of about $5k. While the process took close to 18 months to complete (mostly due to the titling process in the *******), the Centerstone Group contacted me almost every month to provide a status update along the way. Special shoutout to ****** at *************** and ******* ******** for staying with the case and bringing the transfer to a final close.I would highly recommend Centerstone Group if you are in need of exiting your timeshare!

Thank you for your review and for giving our team the chance to resolve this timeshare transfer for you. 18 months is the longest this program takes and at a higher cost due to the delays and expenses we experience when dealing with the Bahaman government. Most timeshare transfers are completed within 5 or 6 months and cost significantly less when not located in the Bahamas.Review fromM Elaine H

I contacted Centerstone Group through an online chat regarding a timeshare I had purchased while on vacation in ****** and I received a phone call from ******* ***** nearly immediately. I was within the legal cancelation period so ******* emailed me a template specific for Mexican timeshare purchase which I was able to personalize and send to the company. I received a full refund of the down-payment within 5 days of the company's receipt of my emailed cancelation. ******* was very helpful and followed up with me to see what the outcome had been. I am very satisfied with the information ******* provided to me and the advice he gave. I was especially pleased that there was no charge for this service because I was still in the legal cancelation period. Our goal as a company is to help every person we talk with to exit their unwanted timeshares, whether that is a paid or free service. Rescission is always the best way to exit a timeshare as there are laws that require the timeshare company to let you out and to refund all of your money. 1 starI entered into a contract with this company in December of 2021. We are now in October of 2024, and I am still fighting to get a solution about my timeshare. I entered into a contract with this company thinking they were going to help me terminate my contracts with the company. After expending $4,950.00 (that's how much they charged me for the services), I am the one who has done all the work. All the letters, all the complaints have been written by me. All the complaints have been filed by me. We are now almost three years later, and I had to enter into a contract with an attorney, who charged me an initial fee of $1,250.00 just to take my case. According to their contract I may have to cover other fees if the case goes into arbitration and if they recoup any money or help me get out of the contract, I have to give them (or pay them) 45% of whatever money I can recoup. This is the real reap off!! I would have rather take the money I paid them and paid towards my timeshare. At this point I am in debt because I used my credit card to pay for the fees, my credit has been destroyed by the ********* company, who shows the two contracts I have with them as mortgages in arrears. My credit score went from 795 in 2020 to 515 points recently for those accounts. I would have rather keep paying my timeshare and at least I had a place to go on vacation each year. I can't even do that anymore. If you are reading this, please do not fall in this trap. This is worse than the timeshare trap. At least with the timeshare you have a place to go on vacation every year. This company just took my money, did absolutely nothing, and I will still owe money to the attorney they sent me to "fight" my case in court. This is frustrating. I don't understand how the government allow legal scams like this. If this company was a real descent company, they would give me my money back for not fulfilling their part of the contract. I was a bit worried at first, but the representative and staff at Centerstone were very thorough in answering my questions and going over the guarantee. We hired the Centerstone Group after allowing ourselves to be pressured into a timeshare. We were apprehensive at first. Youre afraid that it wont work and then what! The Centerstone Group operated in the highest level of integrity. This is a long process and they were with us every step of the way. They never dropped the ball!! While in ******, my partner and I made the biggest mistake of our lives - we signed up for a time share. We were told to contact Centerstone Group Inc by our family lawyer in order to get out of the contract. From our initial contact with Centerstone on April 6th, 2024 to the finalization of the process on September 23rd, 2024, we found that every person we dealt with sincerely wanted to help us get out of the contract with minimum stress on us. There fee was very reasonable and well worth it. I would definitely recommend Centerstone for anyone who feels they've made a mistake in signing up for a timeshare. They were very clear in their instructions to us (providing documentation, being available for video calls, explaining the process, etc.). When we found out that everything was done, we felt a huge relief and were able to enjoy ourselves for the first time in ages.
