******* was extremely helpful to us in canceling our timeshare contract. Even though we were within the 5 day rescission period there were things we needed to watch for. He told me what to look for and how to be ready for what the company might throw at us. He was very responsive and really knew what he was talking about. My wife and I bought a timeshare for cash (because)we did not want to pay the high interest rate for credit. This was about a year and a half ago. My wife was diagnoised with stage 4 cancer less than two weeks later. We tried for a year to cancel the time share to no avail. Last June we signed with Centerstone Group for help. On November 1st, less than five months later, we were informed we were 100% out of the timeshare. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!Centerstone Group Inc

I decided to terminate my timeshare with Diamond Resorts/ Hilton Grand Vacations. I began on September 29th to start the process by completing the transition request as advised however due to a built in bug I had to call the transition department to be told I could submit the form if I wished to however due to the backlog they would not review it until sometime next year so therefore I would still be responsible for the 2025 maintenance fees. I am retired and can no longer afford the maintenance fees with the exorbitant yearly increases. I was then advised that each of my three contracts would be subject to a relinquishing fee, the total of the three to be $10,227 in addition to the maintenance fees for a total of almost $20,000. I contacted the Centerstone Group for assistance and am have started working with them to resolve my predicament. The process has been clearly explained and they are walking me through each step. I am looking forward to being free of this oppressive situation and am truly grateful for their involvement.Centerstone Group Inc

Greetings, I hereby present to you my experience with the company CENTERSTONE. On September 1, 2020, 4 years ago we hired the services of CENTERSTONE and until now nothing has happened, my case was transferred to a law firm, like nothing has passed. Between the payments I made to CENTERSTONE and the law firm, it was practically half of my debt, but the 4 years that have passed I would have already settled my debt. But the remedy has been worse than the disease. I have felt frustrated by the lack CENTERSTONE's service and lawyers to handle my case have been negligent and irresponsible in the handling of my case, this has led to my credit being adversely affected, I hope that through this my case can be resolved, I thank you for your attention.Centerstone Group Inc

I am sorry to hear this is how you feel. As you can tell from our reviews, this is a very uncommon feeling. I have reviewed your file and there has been a significant amount of work done on your file and the exit you achieved was 100% a result of that effort. We do not suggest our clients stop making payments, which is what you elected to do. When someone stops paying on a debt before it is resolved, there are significant negative effects to their credit and can get in the way of us achieving a release through more tolerable channels. We provided and continue to provide you with credit repair services, so we suggest you reach out to that firm to get your credit back in line. I finally decided to sell/transfer my timeshare at the ******** and contacted the Centerstone group. They walked me through the process of transferring a timeshare and then I signed the paperwork and paid the fee of about $5k. While the process took close to 18 months to complete (mostly due to the titling process in the *******), the Centerstone Group contacted me almost every month to provide a status update along the way. Special shoutout to ****** at *************** and ******* ******** for staying with the case and bringing the transfer to a final close.I would highly recommend Centerstone Group if you are in need of exiting your timeshare!Centerstone Group Inc

Thank you for your review and for giving our team the chance to resolve this timeshare transfer for you. 18 months is the longest this program takes and at a higher cost due to the delays and expenses we experience when dealing with the Bahaman government. Most timeshare transfers are completed within 5 or 6 months and cost significantly less when not located in the Bahamas.
