Very professional organization. No pressure to move forward. ***** explained the process and kept me well informed. The price was reasonable and about half the price of competitors. I was told it would take up to 3 mo to complete and it was done in 10 weeks. ***** in the closing department was very available with progress and what to expect. No vague statements.I would recommend service to anyone wish to get out from under the annual maintenance fees which increases every year.Very well pleased.Centerstone Group Inc

5 starsThis is the real deal, legit, No caps. We were a bit leery at first, because we were wounded and traumatized by the whole timeshare industry experience but everyone in the group assured us of their integrity and honesty. From the salesman named ****** through the many account representative, such as ****** and ******** and ******** to name a few we were always treated professionally as if we were their only customer. Everything fell into place just the way they said it would and it took the exact amount of time that they said it would take. We had to do some of the work, but, without their guidance, we would not have known what to do next. Occasionally things would come up that we needed advice outside of what was promised to us and they wholeheartedly, eagerly, and happily provided us the support that we needed. We will never enter into a timeshare agreement ever again, and never recommend it to anybody but I would wholeheartedly endorse and promote all of the fantastic services that Centerstone services provides. If I could rate more than five stars, I would but five is the limit on this platform. Good luck, and I hope you have similar success with your own personal situation. Do this.Review fromDon L

5 starsWe are very grateful to the Centerstone group team, they helped us throughout the entire cancellation process and from the beginning they were very attentive and helpful with **, helping to resolve all our questions and they were always available to answer us, they are very professional, they never left us alone, we started the process in 2022 and now we are free of the timeshare! 1 starNo results from this company. Just a bunch of letter writing to no avail. Referral to an 'attorney' is just to get more money. And I guarantee you, the credit repair is another cost. (If your credit can take the hit, it may cost less to let it ride for 7 years.) Although timeshares use the same 'tactics' to get you to sign on, the bottom line is the signed contract. You can't prove deception. As a result, there is no guarantee you can get out. *********** 'agents' sell a dream to desperate clients, take their money, then leave you out there. Hmmm...just like the timeshare companies.
