Having heard horror stories about companies that promised to get an owner out of a timeshare contract, I was reluctant to start the process until I found Centerstone Group. Everyone I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. All of their reviews on-line were positive. It took longer than I thought but they came through in the end. I highly recommend them to anyone trying to get out of a timeshare deal.

This company does great work . Unfortunately it does not always turn out in your favor. I worked with Centerstone and they were diligent in helping me gather documentation and send it to the various sources for review. In my case those efforts yielding nothing in return. After a year I was handed off to a law firm that I had a difficult time getting in touch with only to find out though my own digging and questioning that the law firm no longer took timeshare cases. Centerstone then handed me off to another law firm whom they deemed as the best. 2 years later I am still in my timeshare and the law firm has basically quit responding to me as Im sure they have cases that pay much more than a timeshare case. So Im effectively in the same position taking monthly credit hits. I was promised I would get out of my timeshare. Regardless if you use a company to assist you in getting out of a timeshare, the timeshare company will eventually foreclose your loan. Thats just how the game it works . Paying to gain foreclosure isnt a good idea so if that is an option presented to you just educate yourself and be mindful this process is also a long shot and may or may not work out in your favor . We are sorry to have received your review, however we do appreciate that you did see value in our services. Canceling a binding contract is a complex endeavor, one that we have excelled at in many areas, but ultimately, we are at the mercy of the ** company to take accountability for their salespeople and how they go about tricking people into buying a product that is not entirely how it was explained and, in some cases, the complete opposite both benefit and financially wise.With respect to the attorneys, we referred you to, it appears from the notes in your file that while your files were sent to the first law firm and you may have been contacted by them, their services were never retained. This firm had to shutter their business due to the impact of Hurricane *** and were unable to take on anymore cases. The attorney you are currently with has been contacted to get in touch with you ASAP for an update and by the posting of this response, they should have already been in touch with you with an update. Due to client-attorney privilege, we legally cannot get any details of your case.Regarding foreclosure, when someone stops paying for their timeshare, that is an inevitable outcome, and it is not one that we consider a positive one. According to your file, when you onboarded with us you were current both on your mortgage payments and maintenance fees, but you notified us roughly 4 months later that you were going to stop making payments to the timeshare and we arranged to have you set up with our credit repair partner. If you are currently still taking credit hits on a monthly basis, we urge you to get in contact with us to assist in getting those removed in concert with our credit repair partner.Review fromPhil V

This company is the real deal! From the very start, we felt like we were working with a group of people who had our best interest in mind. This was a relief considering the dishonesty of the time share companies we had dealt with. It was a welcome relief.Centerstone Group Inc

Centerstone has been very helpful with all aspects of getting my release on my timeshare. I was concerned about various other timeshare agencies that I had researched and read some good reviews on some and horror stories on others. 5 starsI'm free, I'm free, I'm so, so free from two timeshares. Centerstone Group is legit and awesome. They handled everything. Even when COVID slowed the administrative wheels to a halt in ***********, Centerstone assured me it would work out. Admittedly, I had to be patient. Look no further to exit out of your timeshare!Centerstone Group, assisted in exiting my timeshare. Yes, there is a cost but worth every *****! The staff did an excellent job of explaining the process and ensuring that I understood. They were patient with me and I felt that I made the correct decision going with Centerstone as I completed trusted them. After my case was moved to the law firm (which was also a great experience), Centerstone followed up regularly with me which is awesome customer service. I highly appreciate Centerstone for their help! We were successful in getting out of our timeshare and relieved of that. My only gripe would be the price Centerstone charged and the resources provided werent fair for the service. The credit score protection offered didnt help and we werent able to get in contact with a person to talk with from the company. The price they asked us to pay seemed fair when we first started but after a few months in it seemed like they took advantage of in a difficult time as well. Everyone was nice and helpful but the two points I made did alter my experience and expectations of Centerstone.Centerstone Group Inc
