      ***************************, jumped on the call and helped me identify if bankruptcy was right for me. She answered all my questions clearly and without hesitation. I would recommend her to anyone!

      They are great at reviewing options that could help in the bad situation. Having someone to help guide me through the process and answer questions without judgement makes it so much easier. They explained everything, let me know timelines that the process would take, both best case and worst case. I never felt left out in the dark. I would recommend them to friends, family or anyone in need of their services. What could have been one of the worst experiences in my life was made easy, simple and completed with the utmost consideration to help me through what is something no one wants to go through.

      So easy and helpful. Everyone in the office made sure that my needs were met in a timely manner. Any questions that I have answered, if the person couldnt answer the question , they got me to a person who could answer them for me They made the process as painless as possible without any guilt for the situation. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is going through something similar and needs some help. They will walk you through the whole process without any pressure!

      I started my CHAPTER 7 bankruptcy paperwork in January, 2023 (PAID $1850 up front) and didn't get a discharge until January, ****. I spent a lot of my own money (over $600) out of pocket faxing documents upon documents to this firm was met with negative results on numerous occasions. Then I was put in a CHAPTER 13, paid again ($750.00) when it should have been free while continuing to send in documents (spending money) and was later told that I can't do a Chapter 13 and was put back in a CHAPTER 7. I went through numerous representatives via RECOVERYLAWGROUP.COM/******** Wajda. My first Trustee representative was ***************************** and he charge me $1039.00 a month for his trustee account to be paid in 60 months, (over $6,100 dollars). I was refunded the 2 payments I made to him and ended up with another lawyer to represent me at my 3 hearing dates. Everyone I talked to, I made a bookmark folder on and to date, they are still on my desktop. ***************************** was first, then ******** Wajda, (attorney of record) and the remaining cast of characters as follows: *******************, *************************, *********************************, ***************************, ***********************, ************************, *****************************, *************************, and ***************************, and *******************. I have every conversation and email from each and everyone of them. These people I had contact with through ******** Wajda or through their main website--RecoveryLawGroup.com. The attorney representing me at the 3 hearings was *****************************, after I complained about the Bankruptcy Judge Pro Tem (***********************), re-scheduling the cases on his docket over and over again.

      DO NOT HIRE THIS GROUP. 14 years ago I hired a lawyer to file a bankruptcy. He worked alone. It took him 45 days to do all the paperwork and have me in front of a magistrate to be discharged. It has taken WAJDA RECOVERY GROUP 1 YEAR TO DRAG THEIR FEET only to send my claim to a lawyer in my home state. They would always pass my phone call from person to person, never letting me speak to my attorney. They will take your money and as of yet I have 0 results for my $1850 fee. CONSUMER BEWARE.

      ********** WAJDA was very unprofessional with my husband and I from beginning to this point! The Mgr/Attorney ******** was so aggressive about making A Sale/Get Another Deal under their belt! Nothing we discussed was as we were told. We paid the fee of the application fee of $350 + **** for processing for a Chapter 13 After we paid the money everything was going very slow, I was always transfered to numerous people that indicated they were going through changes, either they didn't have direct numbers. I contact them about needing to get a refundl and was told we could only get $350 back at that time, they refunded back immediately. When I tried to contact them & state we wanted to continue with the case and pay the $350 to continue, they indicated we canceled the Bankruptcy which was supposed to be a Chapter 13, and we only received inormation pertaining a Chapter 7. Which is not trueI I ndicated we filed a a chapter 7 over 5 years ago and was it was discharged and released. When we filed a chapter 7 in *******, **. Which have many attorneys. This law office was marketing extra hard to out of state individuals.I told them we only recd docmentation pertaining to a Chapter7 & not a 13 I explained this to them and I was told we canceled the process which was not true! We would never walk away from $**** if everything was provided correctly and professionally! I an ************ husband is Retired. We live paycheck to paycheck due to my uncurable illness.If they could provide documentation that would show differently we could discussed and continued on with the process. There is No Way we would walk away from $**** if everything was on the up and up. We only have a copy of a Chapter 7 with only my husband name on a Doc Sign copy along with ******* Attorney *** signature on a Chapter 7 petition document not mine. I have spoken to various individuals, and they all have different story's/explanation.

      This law firm is a joke. I paid them a retainer fee of $100 and they dont show any record of that payment. I looked on BBB in an after thought and there are too many bad reviews. I called to cancel and they want to charge me an additional $250.to cancel. Plus their fees are $500 more than a local lawyer. BE AWARE!!

      Honestly can't say enough good things about the firm and everyone I worked with for the process. I was able to get a clean start with the bankruptcy and they ended up helping me to find a violation and *** one of the debt collectors that was harassing me. I know the process is a bit challenging to get all the required documents necessary but so worth it in the end.Also ended up getting the case filed faster and less than I expected from the violation they discovered for me. Truly a god send.
