  Very disappointing, although I finally have my discharge. Getting paid seems to be their main goal. I paid in full up front but whenever I did have conversations they had to review that first. Multiple unreturned phone calls and emails. Couldn't get in the portal for a couple of weeks but it is pretty useless anyway. They requested several documents multiple times. You get an attorney in a different state than you live to start and then a local attorney represents you to the court. The local attorney has to be brought up to speed with the nuances of your case. I suggest hiring a local attorney to represent you from the start. One of the main functions of the local attorney is to be there for the Meeting of Creditors, my local attorney didn't show for the telephone meeting. The judge rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Paid for services on May 8, finally filed July 9, meeting of creditors original date August 9, rescheduled to August 23, final discharge October 11. The location I used was called Recovery Law Group, I believe it is in *****.Again, I'd look for local representation but make sure BK's are a regular or primary focus of their business.

  Please!!!!! Do not hire this law firm!!! Paid in full ****** a year ago!!! And nothing was done! Kept stalling and let my paper work expire, twice!! By law! In *************! They cannot accept payment for filing until everything is Ready! They never filed, I had to hire another lawyer and it took one month,and it was filed now this law firm will not return my phone calls, and refuse to reimburse me my money!!!

  I was able to file my bankruptcy within 60 days of signing up and paying off my retainer. It would have been a sooner but I needed to get a new copy of my Social Security Card and Renew my license ( oops ). I have read a few negative reviews but I truly do not understand them. The communicated with me, If I needed anything I called them and was able to get my questions answered by a very knowledgeable Manger in documents. I did not request to speak with a manager they just answer the phone. You don't get that with other companies. This company is the future of Bankruptcy and the freedom of thousands from the corrupt banking system of this country.

  This company has a way of gaining your trust to do business in the moment. Life causes you to miss a payment. They close your file. They have rude customer service and a poor excuse as a company. I would never recommend them and it's sad that they take advantage of people with disabilities or low income

  I have to admit their paralegal ********* has been professional and very thorough with her gathering of the documents and communication. I cannot speak highly enough of her and her team and how easy it has been to communicate with her and everyone in the office through this process. This is a BK I'm doing for my mom, who's in memory care, and they've helped me every step of the way; hats off to them!

  I just hired this firm to do my bankruptcy by making $200 monthly payments.I cant get in contact with anyone for past week . Im feeling somewhat ignored and ripped

  Threaten wage garnishment for most debts (Not legal in ************).
  Represent that they operate or work for a credit bureau.
  Provide inaccurate or false information to the credit bureau.
  Continue collection after filing for bankruptcy.
  Continue collection after writing and telling them to stop.
  Fail to report your disputed debt as disputed to the credit bureaus
