I swear, Apple iPhone, and Siri talk to text gets worse every time a new phone comes out. I could speak as clear as possible, and they are constantly putting in words that I did not say even as we speak when I talked text this review I had to go through And change multiple words that I did not say. Get it together.

We had purchased an app in the Apple Store and it did not work as advertised. We requested a refund and because the request was on the same day as the renewal Apple refused to refund our money.Buyer beware of purchasing apps in the Apple Store. If you get a bad outcome or the product is not as advertised, you cannot count on Apple to help you.

I am extremely disappointed with Apples Lightning to Digital AV Adapter. I have now purchased two separate adapters, and both have broken within 2 to 3 months of use. This is unacceptable for a company like Apple, which is known for quality and durability. I take excellent care with my devices and handle the adapters gentlyno twisting, bending, or rough use. Despite this, both adapters stopped working quickly.I expected this product to last much longer, especially at the price Apple charges. Its frustrating that Im forced to replace a $50 adapter every few months. After researching online, I found many other users experiencing the same problem, indicating a design or manufacturing flaw.Apple prides itself on superior products and customer satisfaction, but this experience falls short of that promise. Unless improvements are made to the adapters durability, I will be forced to look at third-party alternatives, which I never wanted to consider.I urge Apple to address this issue promptly. Customers deserve accessories that live up to the companys reputation for quality. I would appreciate a response explaining why this product consistently fails and what Apple plans to do about it.

If I could give no stars I would. I made an apt, and I took my phone in due to overheating of the phone when charging or in use minimal use in cool environments. She barely looked or spoke to me the entire time while running diagnostics. I tried to make eye contact with her and she went out of her way to look and speak to multiple other ppl across the store while I sat in front of her at the table. When I asked the this woman questions and tried to tell her about my past experiences with a similar thing happening in a previous phone of the same model she snatched my phone up and walked away. I heard her (not quietly say right next to me) I was ******* her off. And I replied Im sorry I upset you as she proceeded walking away. She came back a few minutes later and told me the technicians in the back said the same thing she thought. I told her again, Im sorry I upset you, and she replied its ok. I told her I heard you say I was ******* you off, and she replied thats not what I said. She told me I said THIS WAS ABOUT TO **** ME OFF. I replied I dont think thats really better.. I left after informing two employees, one who I believe was the manager, standing behind me about the events. I told them I felt uncomfortable and wouldnt be returning to the store.

They do not honor their applecare warranty--especially when their products cause physical injury in others.

App Store Review Censorship Concerns I wish to report that Apple, or the Reddit apps developer, appears to be censoring user reviews that discourage downloadsspecifically removing and hiding critical feedback that could reduce the apps rating or download volume. After leaving a review in the App Store, I returned a couple weeks later to find my review absent for which I can only assume is co-operative censorship campaign in the name of fighting hate speech. This suppression of dissenting opinions seems coordinated and unfair to ************ example: during the first week of July, 2025, I posted a review for Reddit, detailing how the subreddits are filled with certain content posted by users, which are unable to be broadly or automatically filtered. That review disappeared completely from the iOS store about a week and a half to two weeks later, yet other reviews praising the app, and which provide a higher star count, of course, remain visible. I suspect Apple removed it to avoid negative impact on the apps ratings and downloads. Likely under the guise of curtailing rude or offensive speech. And yet, if such were true, then those users would not refer to themselves and their groups by those labels. In summary, those labels can be used when speaking favorably, but not used when speaking unfavorably. This is a revocation of free speech. This looks like censorship and collusion between two tech giants to reduce negative reviews despite valid criticism of content and tools. Please investigate and restore transparency, ensuring user opinions arent suppressed in efforts to artificially boost App Store downloads and mitigate unfavorable reviews. Thanks

My wife and I visited the store to seek warranty support for an iPad. The staff claimed that liquid had entered the device, but we had no history of water exposure, so we requested a diagnostic test and asked for images of water damage and LCI. Initially, the staff stated that the device would be sent to a repair center for testing, and we agreed and left. After, the manager refused to send my device for testing, claiming it had water damage and would not undergo any formal diagnostic tests. Our iPad had hardly been used and had no bends, drops, water marks, or even scratches. We had the right to have it tested, but he just repeated that because he had a lot of experience, he believed it was true, our request was invalid, and he refused to send it for testing. He asked us to choose between paying for repairs or taking the iPad home. We felt it was unfair, We found that according to Alberta's Consumer Protection Act, If he refused to test it, we could ask for a written statement of refusal in preparation for filing a complaint. The law also stipulates that we can record the conversation to ensure accuracy and accountability. So we went back to talk to him again. but he refused and told us to leave, otherwise he would call security to ****** us out. I promise that neither side, including the security guards, was rude or loud, but we had to be expelled. I felt very disappointed and saddened by this treatment. We were then escorted out of the store by security under the gaze of other customers. We felt deeply humiliated and shamed in public, and were viewed by others as having done something wrong, despite the fact that we was merely exercising my legal rights as a consumer. I have been an Apple user for years. I am a music producer who has owned since a Power Mac G3, several Mac Pros, and has purchased iPhones and iPads for my family. I never intended to cause trouble for Apple, yet my first use of warranty service resulted in such treatment.

My kids account is connected to mine so I can monitor what shes doing and making sure she isnt exposed to anything inappropriate. I have the parental controls turned on that make it impossible for her to make a purchase without my approval. However, they still allow her to sign up for these subscriptions that offer free trials. Problem is that it does not notify me, and she will not remember to go in and cancel these free trails before they end. And of course, as soon as they end they automatically renew themselves and try to charge me. I was able to get refunded the last this happened, and I went ahead and changed my payment method to Apple Pay rather than my debit card, as if it were to happen again, I very rarely have money in my wallet and they wont charge my debit card. I did this because theres **no** setting that allows me to prevent my kid from signing up for these trials, or to be notified when she does. I have had talks with her about not doing it, but she is on the spectrum and has adhd so she doesnt understand that its not actually free and often forgets that its a problem for her to be doing it. I can only be so upset with her when theres no way for me to stop these predatory practices from these developers and Apple. The other day, I just so happened to have money in my wallet, a child support payment from my ex. Before I could transfer it to my bank, Apple took $120 from me. I have requested a refund and was denied, then they made me appeal it which I did and was denied again. They dont give you the option to talk to a real human being, and theres no way for me to escalate the issue. They just tell me to make a request, appeal, and if that doesnt work Im SOL. They wont give me my money back, money I need for bills and groceries. Its honestly sickening and I will NEVER be buying from or supporting Apple ever again.
