      Last year, I bought an iPhone 13 Max Pro 256 From apple, Paid in Full. The screen started acting up with freezes and ghost touch, but I was able to get by just by pressing power on-off, all the updates had been done. Still under warranty.

      However today, I was using it and the phone got so hot, I could barely hold it, same was attested by one of apple's associate when I went to get it checked.

      First, took me 5 hours to be served, despite been an emergency, too hot to even carry around, I know battery are enclosure to avoid licking and explosions, I ask if I could leave there, instead carrying it with me, they said no, perhaps my well being is not important enough, since the fone has already been bought.

      Finally my turn, the technician ran around 3-4 macs for diagnostics, but seems like their system or battery was not working properly. After while, the tech came and said she would have to ship out my phone for repair, like I bought a $200 dollars phone, out of warranty type. I complained, but the manager said they could not do differently.

      Seems like apple addicted enough customer that they don't need to honor their warranty as used to, they can come up with any ****, people would still buy it, I am an apple consumer since the 1st generation of iphones, even longer desktop/laptop.

      I have 2 business and my employees and I use their product due to reliability, I guess, I should have kept my X or 8.

      They gave me a loaner, not the same as I have, but at least I can make calls and chat, better than nothing I guess.

      Next time, I will consider another brand, cheaper, but if breaks, I know what I bought!! because a $1300 does not pay for reliability.

      One word, FRUSTRATION!!

      Customer Service are prejudice and the most rude. I have never encounter this horrible service before. I got hanged up 3 times, I talked with 4 different people and they all treated me very condescending when talking with me, they would talked over me and they did not resolved my concern about fraudulent activity on my apple account. I lost money and for them is nothing, but to me is a significant amount that affect my family. The fact that this a company **** never pay attention to this complaints, because in our case we are the small consumer and they are big and multibillionaire company which pay their way out of trouble, we the average consumer **** never get anywhere, but hoping some day we can get more options, until then, we are going to be taken advantage, mistreated and abused, by this companies.

      Apple Customer Service gives you the run-around. I ordered an iPad Air under a promotion. I did not get the discount or a promised gift card. When I called I spoke with at least five different people before I was told I had to return it and re-order. They also mentioned the gift card was actually taken off the cost. Their advertising is deceitful.

      I recently opened up a credit card with Apple and it has impacted my credit score immensely. I've never heard of a credit card company not allowing you to pay more on a credit card than the minimum payment. Now I have all this money owed reflecting on my credit statement that they won't let me pay it back because you're only allowed to pay the minimum amount. If I knew that I would've just bought whatever I wanted outright. Apple has hurt my credit score and there's nothing I can do about it

      There is no restriction preventing the customer from paying more than the minimum balance.

      I was trying to load my ID through Apple Cash so I could get 1% 3% 5 % cashback And every time that I tried to upload my ID it would not take and it always says that They could not verify my ID so I got punished and they restricted my account so basically I will no longer use Apple cash Apple card or anything else like that I'm going to cancel my credit card of $4,200.00 because of the fact that I'm being punished because they can't except my idea and I never did anything wrong so why in the world should I be punished for the fact that I tried everything that Apple required and they still said that my ID cannot be verified I live in Florida they all say every time I call them all Florida drivers license has a problem because they're so shiny well guess what is terrible that they can't confiscate for the fact that the drivers license of Florida is a bit shiny and because they say that it's difficult to get your picture off of your Florida drivers license they restrict your account so I'm punished because of the fact that they can't verify my ID because it shine , Also I'm ready to burn my computer because I'm a first Apple user I'm ready to burn my Apple phone or just throw In the trash because this is ridiculous.......!!! Apple stinks when they're trying to upload photos!!!!! All I can say is do not plot apply for a credit card or Apple cash through Apple they stink big-time.....!!!! I thought they were a fair company so I tried them and boy was I wrong!!!!

      Do not pay for Apple Care!! My iPhone 12 stopped working. I went through my Apple Care to get a replacement phone. I was sent the replacement phone, but according to my carrier the phone is industry blacklisted and cannot be activated. I have been going back and forth with Apple to try to get this resolved. It has been over a month, and I still don't have a working phone!! I keep paying for a service that I do not have. Apple didn't even call me back for almost a week even though I left several messages with the senior supervisor handling my case. I have spent hours on the phone with Apple and my carrier trying to get this fixed and still have gotten nowhere. Every time I give Apple the information they request, it's not enough!

      I am fun of all Apple products. On July 30, 2021, I purchased an IPAD PRO, and as I have done with all the apple products I've purchased, I also purchased AppleCare for my new iPad Pro 11. This time, it was supposed to be paid through monthly payments, and it was to be fully paid in 1 year. At the beginning of June, of this year, I accidentally cracked the screen of my iPad. So, I made an appointment to see somebody at the genius bar at the Danbury Fair Mall in Danbury, CT, where I purchased the iPad. To my surprised they told me they do not know what happened, but I did not have Apple Care. I told them that I did purchase it. They checked the receipts, and sure enough, they found the original receipt - with an Agreement Number, and everything, billed by ITUNES.COM/BILL. Apparently, they charged for 2 months, July and August 2021, and that was it. Nobody knows why the charges were stopped. Nobody cared to let me know what happened. I never received a letter warning me of any issue. My credit card had availability, and the expiration date of the CC was not until 2025. They asked me to call Apple Support, and so I did. I spoke with Iretta who was the most unpleasant individual. She told me there was nothing to be done. When I requested to speak with somebody with of higher authority to fix the issue, she cited "I am the highest authority you are going to speak with", and that was it. I am so disappointed. I even called Cupertino, and nothing. I always thought, Apple stands by their products. But, I guess, not anymore.
