      My wife and I visited the store to seek warranty support for an iPad. The staff claimed that liquid had entered the device, but we had no history of water exposure, so we requested a diagnostic test and asked for images of water damage and LCI. Initially, the staff stated that the device would be sent to a repair center for testing, and we agreed and left. After, the manager refused to send my device for testing, claiming it had water damage and would not undergo any formal diagnostic tests.Our iPad had hardly been used and had no bends, drops, water marks, or even scratches. We had the right to have it tested, but he just repeated that because he had a lot of experience, he believed it was true, our request was invalid, and he refused to send it for testing. He asked us to choose between paying for repairs or taking the iPad home. We felt it was unfair, We found that according to Alberta's Consumer Protection Act, If he refused to test it, we could ask for a written statement of refusal in preparation for filing a complaint. The law also stipulates that we can record the conversation to ensure accuracy and accountability. So we went back to talk to him again. but he refused and told us to leave, otherwise he would call security to ****** us out. I promise that neither side, including the security guards, was rude or loud, but we had to be expelled. I felt very disappointed and saddened by this treatment. We were then escorted out of the store by security under the gaze of other customers. We felt deeply humiliated and shamed in public, and were viewed by others as having done something wrong, despite the fact that we was merely exercising my legal rights as a consumer. I have been an Apple user for years. I am a music producer who has owned since a Power Mac G3, several Mac Pros, and has purchased iPhones and iPads for my family. I never intended to cause trouble for Apple, yet my first use of warranty service resulted in such treatment.

      My kids account is connected to mine so I can monitor what shes doing and making sure she isnt exposed to anything inappropriate. I have the parental controls turned on that make it impossible for her to make a purchase without my approval. However, they still allow her to sign up for these subscriptions that offer free trials. Problem is that it does not notify me, and she will not remember to go in and cancel these free trails before they end. And of course, as soon as they end they automatically renew themselves and try to charge me. I was able to get refunded the last this happened, and I went ahead and changed my payment method to Apple Pay rather than my debit card, as if it were to happen again, I very rarely have money in my wallet and they wont charge my debit card. I did this because theres **no** setting that allows me to prevent my kid from signing up for these trials, or to be notified when she does. I have had talks with her about not doing it, but she is on the spectrum and has adhd so she doesnt understand that its not actually free and often forgets that its a problem for her to be doing it. I can only be so upset with her when theres no way for me to stop these predatory practices from these developers and Apple. The other day, I just so happened to have money in my wallet, a child support payment from my ex. Before I could transfer it to my bank, Apple took $120 from me. I have requested a refund and was denied, then they made me appeal it which I did and was denied again. They dont give you the option to talk to a real human being, and theres no way for me to escalate the issue. They just tell me to make a request, appeal, and if that doesnt work Im SOL. They wont give me my money back, money I need for bills and groceries. Its honestly sickening and I will NEVER be buying from or supporting Apple ever again.

      I was unknowingly charged(after free subscription) for ********* product that was bought through Apple Store. I requested a refund on the same day.The Apple is denoting the refund request for no reason. They no longer accepts refund request after my failed 2 attempts.Initially they said it is out of their hands and I need to contact ********* for the refund. When I called ********* for the refund, they said Apple is the one who charged me and they need to refund ***** Apple has blocked my refund request and when I asked for a reason, they dont have any. I am going to file this in the small claims court.

      I had an update for my new Macbook Pro in February 2025. The update lost some of my medical documents. Talked with "****," case #***xxxxxxxxxx. Found my documents in the Pages app. Had another System settings update, lost more documents, bookmarks on my browser were altered or deleted. Called Apple Support again and got a hold of "*****," case #***xxxxxxxxxx, he advised me to use "Immigrant Assistant" off the web. Well, I got some of my documents back, but lost half of my playlist and still have altered bookmarks or they are completely deleted. I am hoping that BBB will be able to help with this forum or at least to warn other Apple users that "Apple Support" is not very reliable, in fact they ****. Thank you, ****** *.

      Apple permanently disabled my account for no reason. After spending hours getting help from multiple people at the company the best they can offer is that I create a new account. I can't use my old email address though because the old account exists. Their solution is that I create a new email for them. Why can't they just reactivate the account they deleted for NO reason.

      Apple has continued to charge me $14.55/month since February 17, 2024, for an Apple TV service I am unable to cancel due to a security verification glitch on their end. Despite passing verification, the Continue button remains non-functional, and customer support offered no resolution except canceling my bank card. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this via Apple Support and Executive Escalation with no success.Their system failure is costing me money and violates consumer protection norms.

      Ive had my Apple Watch for about a year now and overall, its been a great experience. Its super helpful for tracking my fitness, staying on top of messages, and even making calls when I dont have my phone nearby. The setup was smooth and Apples customer support was helpful when I had questions about syncing it with my ********* giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the battery life could be betterit usually needs a charge by the end of the day. Still, its a solid product with great features and a clean design. Definitely a helpful tool if you're into health tracking and staying connected on the go.

      Unfair ********************************************** Experience I recently purchased a new Apple device and activated the complimentary three-month Apple Music trial that came with it. However, I never used the Apple ************* during the trial period and completely forgot about the subscription.On June 6th 2025, I noticed an unexpected charge for one month of Apple *************. I immediately canceled the subscription upon realizing this. I was surprised that I never received any email notification or reminder about the trial ending or the upcoming charge, which would have given me a chance to cancel in time.I attempted to request a refund through Apples customer service. Unfortunately, my request was denied without any explanation. Even worse, the representative I interacted with was dismissive and unprofessional, showing no willingness to understand my concern or provide a rationale for the denial.I understand that forgetting to cancel a trial is ultimately my responsibility. However, I believe that companies should treat customers fairly and transparentlyespecially when the service was never used and the charge occurred just after the trial period ended. At the very least, I expected courteous communication and a clear explanation for the decision.I am disappointed by how Apple handled this situation. As a long-time customer, this experience has impacted my trust in their customer care and billing practices.

      I've been locked out of my account, and I'm completely unable to contact anyone from my contacts. I have appointments and wedding planning on there that needs to be worked on. It says I have to wait two more days until they might let me in. I will be changing phones after this, and I will not be back. No one has been able to help me because I can't repair my broken phone without turning off find my phone since my account is locked. Im left without a phone, gps, or my calendar.
