    I ordered parts March 9, 2022. I have made several requests to update status on this order. Danaport states these are special order parts and pushes the delivery date out each time. As of May 2023 I have not received either my parts of a refund. **** port is not responding to either my phone calls or e-mail requests. I have not had a response since January 2023. The value of the order is near $2000

    Date of transaction was late summer 2023 (August/Sept 2023). Transaction # Order #************. We ordered a Jeep hard top for about $2500, paid with our credit card and we are working with the CC company for a refund, since this seems to be a fraudulent ******************************* has ghosted ** (not replying to our more recent emails since we asked for a refund). Prior to that, ************** just keep alleging that our item will be delivered to my house within 1 week, or 2 weeks. It is almost summer time again and I still do not have the Jeep hard top.

Presently it is not unusual that shipping is slow, stock is limited and manpower is lacking so initially it didn't seem unusual. However....I found out this "buisness" never seems to deliver and has ripped off customers unhindered for some time.

    Order a product and was charged $534 in October 2022. They said the product was on back order. After finding it somewhere else, canceled the order and was told I would receive a refund in 5 to 7 business days. At first they were communicating with me and after many emails of asking where my refund was, they ignored me.

    Ordered Tire That Web Site Said They Had In Stock. Never Heard From Them In 30 Days. Emailed them Tire Was On Back Order Now. Will Be In Stock And Sent Out In 6 Weeks. That Didn't Happen Spoke With Them To Cancel Order. Been Waiting on Refund For 6 Months . took Money Didn't Refund or send Tire. Have Sent 16 emails To Have Same Response Accounting is working on it. Left 12 messages on Voice mail. No Response. last 4 emails have gotten no response. Check Company on reviews. would have saved me from being ripped off.

    Hi BBB , I see there is 24 pages and over 200 complaints about Danaport. I am also experiencing the same thing with them. I provided a copy of the receipt of $105 for a part . Everything the other complaints are saying is true. I'm filing this to put my name on the list with the others to be refunded. Do you think you'll ever catch them ? I will keep contacting them for delivery.From reading the Storys. Asking for a refund is Part of there plan to stop speaking to you. ( You ) Should just start legal proceedings.We as the consumer can not . Legal proceedings as far as catching them. Local law enforcement may never find the front door. I looked in Danaport Ca. Didn't see anything. Now , I see a knew address in one of there emails. It's a Ca. Address.The phone number that is a recording. Someone has to own . All these few hundred dollar sales add up. I see it says they have only been in business for two years. I'm a patient person. But I also never had a reason to look at the BBB for a business.Now I see .So , I'm reporting this not expecting to get my part or money.     I purchased something thru tou for ****** never recieved my product so i want my money back i reported this is a scam but i want my ****** refunded back nor or i will file more charges

    Parts were ordered back in early December. Email confirmation and charge receipt attached. Keep getting email response that item is shipping. Kept emailing them every month. Called and there is no answer.

    I purchased a part for my truck in February reached out to them for an order update they said it was on backorder so I asked for a refund d . They said it was in accounting I've emailed many times to get a refund and nobody will help.
